List of Marianne K. Herrighty's Reviews
Rude office staff and questionable billing practices. After complaining to the parent company Axia and writing a Google review about being blindsided with an excessive medical bill, the practice discharged me as their patient 1 week before a scheduled surgery and they didn't notify me. I learned from the surgical center today the day of my procedure, that it was canceled. I do not recommend this practice nor Dr. Herrighty; she refused to get involved with the billing issue caused by her office staff and had another doctor call me as a follow up instead of her handling it directly. Patients' affordability is not top of mind, and they will stand behind their rude and unprofessional staff. If you are looking for high standard of care, being treated with dignity, courtesy and respect by supporting staff this is not the place to seek care! Because of Dr. Herrighty my relationship with my true OBGYN from this practice Dr. Wimmer has been terminated, a 20-year patient-doctor relationship. I should have NEVER allowed this awful doctor to treat me and this woman should not in the medical field!

Dr. Herrighty is an amazing doctor. Always friendly, patient, and very professional. I trust her and I always feel comfortable.
Saw her twice for issues I was having concerning severe pain during sex. It would be hard to explain without going into a lot of detail, but after those visits I left feeling as though she was dismissive of my issue and she didn’t seem to have a clear protocol on how to figure out why I was having pain. I told her I thought maybe I was perimenopausal even though I’m a bit young for it, and I asked for blood work. She told me that wouldn’t help and wouldn’t agree to it. I also found her abrupt and a bit condescending. Fast forward four months later, after I was able to get in with a doctor who was highly recommend it to me, that doctor agreed to the bloodwork, and lo and behold I am actually menopausal. This doctor has recommended an estrogen ring for insertion and tells me this will be a game changer. I’m waiting to see, but I left my appointment with a lot more confidence in the doctor and a feeling of affirmation of what I was experiencing.
Horrible, unprofessional, dishonest, wacko. I was kept waiting, ready to be examined for 35 + mins. At 25 mins in, I went out in the hall to call & examining asst. Abbie (who asked what I was doing that evening, telling her I got work to do) FINALLY responded to claim that the MD was in a particular rm examining someone. The office was awfully quiet [ I got a call an hour b4 the 6 PM appt ] After another 10+ mins of quietness, I walked into the hall where I heard not a sound from THAT rm. I walked back to hear the MD say she's about to come. After another few mins, I went back out which she must have been listening & again told me she's coming. Told her, I'll resched, am leaving & got dressed. When I opened the door, she appears. Told her again, I gotta go to work, I'll resched. The front desk asks if I'm getting an u/s. Ha? Asked her what time it was and she said 6:35 (PM). Told her I wasn't seen, games were played. She offered an appt. Never!
Excellent doctor. The bloodless hysterectomy surgery was a great success. No pains. I absolutely recommend her.
Dr. Herrighty has awful bedside manner and is honestly just a rude person. My first appointment with her was a bit awkward and stiff but I chalked that up to it being my first prenatal appointment during my first pregnancy. Later on in my pregnancy I gained more weight than is recommended and she very coldly told me I would be “unable to lose the weight after pregnancy” and that I needed to stop “snacking all day and get some exercise” which is wildly insulting and rude. If she had just said that excessive weight gain had certain risk I would have understood but her fake way of showing concern and blatantly calling my lazy was uncalled for. During later appointments she continued to have an abrasive personality and a condescending attitude. I would never recommend her to anyone and shes lucky she works in an office with such nice and professional other doctors or I don’t think she’d be able to stay in business.
Dr. Sadural delivered my first kid 12 years ago. He made me feel so safe. I literally dread seeing Dr. Herrighty for this pregnancy. Her bedside manners don’t exist and when I ask questions she’s insensitive and short. I am 7 months pregnant and considering finding a new practice to avoid having her in the delivery room with me.
Dr. Herrighty's bedside manner is can be pretty awful. During some prenatal appointments she was pleasant and answered questions thoroughly. However, during labor and postnatal visits she was impatient and very nasty, to the point of being quite cruel to a person who had just given birth days prior and had a routine medical concern that did not require much other than a quick exam and reassurance. Although I do not question Dr. Herrighty's medical judgment, I would absolutely avoid this physician if you prefer consistently respectful treatment, particularly around a sensitive time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
