This place is a joke, I called to schedule an appointment for my father as a new patient, I asked if they take his insurance and even sent a copy of the card and all the information. We took the day off from work for this appointment, when I got there they told me they did not take his insurance. Unacceptable mistake, extremely disorganized and poor management , because the staff supposed to know what insurance this provider participated. I am beyond aggravated. They could called me to cancel the appointment. Please do not go there.

Terrible service. They're quick to take your money, but slow in answering inquiries. Also, you get interuppted by staff many times during your visit. Find a better doctor on Craigslist.

Since pandemic, I haven’t get a chance to see the doctor. So I called the office if I can get an appointment so I could do my bloodwork. The staff asked me to do the televisit appointment so I can get my schedule. I agreed to do the virtual for my bloodwork schedule. Collected my co pay just to get a schedule for bloodwork. After a week, I did my bloodwork. After the bloodwork procedure, they called me and have to do the televisit appointment again then I agreed, give me a schedule for the televisit appointment otherwise they’re not gonna tell me the “result of my bloodwork”. I was there 11:25 exactly since it’s virtual I assumed it’s gonna be quick, and already 12 noon and still waiting in the waiting room. I messaged on the chat, what’s up, been waiting here. They replied me, give me 5 minutes and the doctor will be right with you. I had a right to be upset since I was waiting an hour and 18 minutes. The doctor saw me 12:43pm then told the results not even 5 minutes. I was disappointed how they give the schedule to the patients and waiting for a long time. I don’t really understand, why they need to do the televisit all the time just to get an appointment, even though they can tell you by phone when you call. They want to do more televisit just for the copay. Plus have to deal with the long wait!!!!

Poco profesionales, estuve esperando casi 2 horas por mi cita y al final nunca me atendieron ,no solo me hicieron esperar sino que se pusieron súper malcriadas las recepcionistas, probablemente el doctor sea excelente , pero su grupo de trabajo NO.

never had any issues when I need an appointment the staff is always helpful and professional and they squeeze me in last minute. Doctor viren always pleasant and his daughter she’s nice and pleasant just like her dad. Thanks

If I could give them a minus 5 I would, horrible professionals at the front desk, nothing is done in time.

I have been a patient since 1997. I feel strongly that I am in very good hands. Over the years my major problem has been asthma and upper respiratory issues. I always get an appointment the same day when I'm sick The doctor always takes time to answer any of my questions. If ask him about medications his answers always refer to studies I like his approach and he knows me and my conditions. The staff is very courteous.

I had reason to interact with this doctor and his staff due to a family member's illness. I was shocked at the rudeness of his staff and the arrogance of this doctor. In addition, this doctor's actions contributed to the serious hospitalization of my relative. I finally went online to see his reviews and I am not surprised to see terrible reviews all around on many different sites. I'm glad my instincts were correct. Stay away from him - he needs a teacher!
