I never got a appointment even after she ask which office I would like to go to and after I replied would like to go to Kendall Park, she says she is not excepting new patients. I was why didn't you say this before asking me what office I like to go to and before the other referral service hung up . I would not go there with a receptionist like that ... They represent these Dr's so SAD! They hire some of the rudest people.

Dr. Ham was very thorough with my medical needs for my medium-risk pregnancy. She made sure I was being monitored closely, and she didn't take any risks.

What good is having a doctor that you love and want to see in a timely way when you can never get an appointment?? so very frustrating. Will have to change to new doctor. Too bad what a poor way to do business. especially in the medical field.

I have been going to Dr Ham since I was 17 years old. I am now 28. She is a very good listener and concerned. She makes you feel comfortable and relates to you on a personal aspect also. I will keep going to her. She is highly recommended!

I must say i enjoyed Dr. Ham, but due to becoming pregnant, you have to meet with every doctor within the practice. I had more than the average sonogram appts that costed me a grip. I was constantly told something is wrong with my child and they would need to send me to a specialist. I would visit the specialist, just for them to do a 2 minute ultrasound and tell me everything looks fine and sends me home with a couple hundred dollar bill. They also wanted to induce my labor stating that my child was too small. Another doctor said there was no need to because both parents are not big in size at all, but it was not his call. Luckily i went into labor before they could induce me!!!! This place loves to take your money especially if your a new mom.

Dr. Ham highly recommended not only for young patients but for mature women. Dr. Ham truly makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and is very thorough. Personnel very efficient and warm atmosphere. Parking not a problem.
