List of Gerald Weisfogel's Reviews
The doctor and his staff seem like nice people but they seem excessively overburdened. Getting an appointment with the doctor is not same day / next day in the experience I had. In fact, it seemed like the staff tried to dissuade me from making appointments as the doctor was ALWAYS booked solid. So much for MDVIP concierge service.I strongly believe the doctor must be either exceeding the number of patients or continues to practice cardiology which distracts from the time he’s supposed to dedicate to PCP care. I don’t know if that’s the issue BUT I don’t think I ever spent more than a few minutes with the doctor during my year in the MDVIP program. And during his time with me, most of it was BOTH the nurse and doctor staring and typing into a laptop. Rarely any eye contact whatsoever.I don’t believe the doctor ever made any attempt at all to know me as a patient. I felt like a number when dealing with him and the staff. Poor bedside manner by all involved and makes me feel uncared for and ignored.
I love visiting Dr Weisfogel's office. The doctor and his staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are patient, take the time to listen to your concerns, and are tremendously adept at customizing a wellness plan that meets my needs. I have great confidence in their abilities, which has given me greater confidence in my own ability to maintain my health. My health is truly a partnership between us.
I have been a patient for years and have not seen the doctor since Covid started. Today I called to make an appointment and the nurse Flo made me feel less than welcome because I have not been to the office since 2019, good help is so hard to find. Everyone needs to be retrained!!!!!
I saw Dr Weisfogel for a "little problem" in my chest, as I thought. He did his exam, then tests and immediately saw the need to get a catherization. With Dr Weisfogel's ability to spot problems in his office he discovered what turned out to be 100% blockage along with some 70-90% blockages as well.It has been over 3 years now and I have had NO problems since receiving 5 stents during the catherization.Dr Weisfogel has been monitoring me since and is taking good care of me.If you want to be in the best hands to keep you healthy, Dr Weisfogel is the man to see!Oh, I didn't even mention his friendly and reassuring bedside manner and great staff!
Great knowledge, bedside manner and wonderful staff
Dr Weisfogel has acted extremely unprofessionally and inappropriately towards myself as a patient in the past. I would NEVER feel comfortable being alone with him in a room for a visit ever again. He is great at pretending he is a decent human being but acts like a predator. I will never go back.
He is always there for you, his patients. He is always available and truly cares about giving his patients 100% of his medical & cardiology expertice.
I have found Dr. Weisfogel to be extremely skilled, caring and he took his time with me, explaining things as he went along. I have not had this level of care from a Doctor, in a long time. Thank you for making me more than just another body, but a patient that you care about.
For 30+ years he has provided my family with the most professional and expert service possible.
Very attentive and proactive. I highly recommend Dr. Weisfogel.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
