DO NOT come here!!!! They are so slow, the slowest i’ve ever freaking seen. staff is rude, doctor is condescending, just overall horrible place. you should feel comfortable coming to the doctor’s office and discussing things with your doctor and they do everything in their power to do the EXACT OPPOSITE. never coming ever again

I took an appointment for annual check up and they billed for copay. they give you annual check up examination but billed you differently and charging money. No one is ready to listen in Patel eye associate and staff are very rude and pathetic. Neve ever go for Patel eye associates.

Dr. Patel is an excellent physician. He is extremely knowledgeable in his specialization field. I had cataract surgery on my right eye preformed this past Friday and the results are already amazing. I am anxious to have my left eye done. His team is as amazing as he is; in both offices- Edison and Kendal Park. There is always an abundance of patients in his waiting room, thus the long wait. This is a silent testament to his excellence, skill, and professionalism.

EDISON-DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. Let me start with the good thing - Dr.Hitesh Patel - one interaction with him over the phone, but he seems to be a good Dr. This is the ONLY good thing about this place. About Edison Facility - This place is like a fish market. To begin with this place is small and from COVID-19 perspective, well there are none. Receptionist are rude and unprofessional and they ask you to wait in the car outside. this facility is not clean at all, no one cares about cleaning pens, counter, door Nobbs. There are just way too many workers in each others face in the small place, on top of that they have way too many patients coming in and out. Please read ready the google review for more. I ended up cancelling my Mother's appointment just because of the service.

I drive over an hour each time for my appointments with Dr. Patel. He is very reachable, and he goes above and beyond to give you his undivided and very thorough attention. He explores and offers options and is extremely personable. His office is always booked with a lot of patients, but he manages to get people in and out in a timely manner while making you feel like you are his only patient when you are in there. I love observing the way he teaches/trains new staff in the midst of treating patients; absolutely amazing. A great big thank you to Tiffany who always pleasantly takes my messages, gets answers and calls me back with the next steps! Excellent management; I feel like I'm in good hands.

Hello All. Today, I went to see this doctor. The Receptionist and even Dr. Patel was so RUDE. I waited for 1 hour and have to comeback. That clinic is running due to few senior citizens. I do NOT recommend to go anyone there.

My vision was very poor, not able to read nothing or watch tv without glasses now thanks to Dr. Patel and surgery he performed my vision is 20/20 and don't need glasses to watch tv any more. THANK YOU, Dr. Patel you changed my life with the vision you gave me 🙏🏼👍🏻

Terrible bill collection practice. I visited the doctor in 2017. After insurance paid its share, I had to pay $96.74. I made that payment in December of 2017. In 2018, I received a bill for the same amount. I called the office and they verified that it was paid. No issues there. I received the very same bill yet again this year. Again, I called and spoke to an Elaine this time,. Yet again, I told her that this bill had been paid. I gave her the online payment transaction number. It’s been over a month. Each time I call the office, Elaine keeps saying she will speak to her manager and have her call me. I have yet to receive a call from Elaine’s manager. I am more than sure that I will receive another bill next year. I think this is a very notorious way of preying on public - in case someone doesn’t do their due diligence and simply pay the bill. Honestly, if I get another bill from Dr. Patel’s office, I will lodge a complaint with better business bureau. This is absolutely ridiculous.

My name is Henry and I would like to share my story about my eyes surgery which was done by Dr. HK Patel. My vision was always a problem when I reached my 60s. Blurry vision, distance, and near vision were experiences that made me worry how these can be treated so to speak. Then, somebody told me about Dr. HK Patel. I paid him a visit and the next episodes were histories, history of Customer or Patient Satisfaction. My IOL had been done two years ago and when I paid Dr. Patel a visit a month or so ago, he told me that my eyes were just perfectly fine. I believed him because I felt fine, better, good, OK, whatever it is. Dr. HK Patel listens to what I am sharing about my eyes. Just great.
