**** Dr. Caban is excellent, and very thorough with patients. HOWEVER: the reception staff at this location are rude and unhelpful. Scheduling is not explained ahead of time, and onus is on the patient to make sure ordering and insurance requests are completed. No other office I have been to before, or since, have reception staff who treat patients as though the questions and concerns they present are an inconvenience. While the doctor is excellent, the wait and the process to actually get to see her are not worth dealing with the reception staff for.

Very poor bedside manners. I did not feel comfortable expressing medical concerns on multiple occasions and on two occasions she dismissed my concerns which ended up being unfortunately well-founded. Love the rest of the practice but I avoid her at all costs.

My experience was awful. She is unhelpful, doesn’t listen and doesn’t want to get to the root of the problem. I’ve never in my life been treated this way by a doctor and I cannot believe she actually has a degree. Pathetic behavior

Dr. Caban was awesome! Took the time to explain everything to me, and was very helpful and sympathetic about my struggles with endometriosis and conceiving. I would recommend her to anyone, in fact a few of my friends have switched to her from other doctors and love her!

She has no compassion or ethics. Refuses to refer when you want a second opinion. I saw her when I was in my early 20’s and she wanted me to get surgery to remove an ovary and possibly my Fallopian tube. I found another doctor, ON MY OWN, and he removed the mass without removing anything else. I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy!

Told me I should consider adoption even though I just started trying to conceive and all test came back normal. Horrible experience

Dr Caban is one of the most caring doctors I have ever experienced. She could tell just by looking at me that I wasn’t doing well after the birth of my son. She was caring, took extra time to talk to me, and made sure I got the right treatment plan. Because of her, I’m 4 months out, feeling great, and loving every moment with my son. I can’t thank her enough for everything that she’s done for me!

Called to make an appointment for exam they didn't accept my new insurance so I proceeded to ask a question her reply was "I just don't understand what you want us to do you haven't even been here since a year ago"..wow..rude much .won't be back again
