Went to see Dr. Purnima Vallabhaneni for the first time and she was not the most welcoming. She seemed very rushed and was trying to end the appointment before I even got my questions out. I asked her about a doctor’s note for work and she told me I can get one from reception. I go to the receptionist and she tells me I have to wait for the doctor to finish with her new patient because she did not sign the doctor’s note. I waited for 10 more minutes even though I kept telling them that I was already late for work due to the fact that they let me in over half an hour late. To top it all off, the doctor ended up sending a prescription that was NOT covered by my insurance to my pharmacy, with no response to the pharmacies request for a different medication. When I called the office I was told they were on lunch, called back an hour and a half later and was told they’re still on lunch or “they might’ve left early they don’t really tell us”. Very unprofessional behavior from everyone involved. Switched doctors immediately.

The assistant helping her is thorough and thoughtful, and the receptionist managing the front desk is equally informative, courteous, and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Vallabhaneni for years; she always provides a first-class healthcare experience. Choose this clinic for all of your physician needs.

I met Dr. Purnima regarding my father's complex health problems. It was a great experience. She patiently heard his concerns, cross checked the necessary hospital visit reports and provided us necessary clarity for a path forward. She gave me the confidence that she is the right Doctor to take care of my dad's on going health needs. Even though they were busy, she and her staff (Sneha, Soni, Others) spent a lot of time with us which was very satisfactory. We would highly recommend Dr. Purnima and staff! Keep up the great work. I have been seeing Dr "Valla" for over 10 years. She is a knowledgable, thorough, and caring doctor. She remembers my medical history, which is quite complicated. She ensures that I receive all appropriate preventive care and refers me to specialists as needed. She is a great listener and takes time to make sure all my questions are thoroughly answered. She worked diligently with me to support my long term disability claim.
