Doctors Bochner & Caban are excellent doctors who are very patient and are good at explaining everything. They make you feel very comfortable and I am very satisfied with both of them. One of the women in the reception area is always very rude on the phone, in person, and particularly in speaking with younger patients. I have heard them say very negative things about someone they just spoke to on the phone and loud enough to be heard by the patients while I was in the waiting room. That is very unprofessional. Additionally, I called in needing a prescription changed and was told that they are far too busy to handle that. The reception area needs some customer service training. it is a shame when the front desk area starts your visit with a negative impression, despite having such fine doctors.

Dr Bochner is a great doctor. The problem is his office staff. I have tried for 2 months together an appointment for Feb and have been given excuses like not booking for then to all booked up. I haveevewr had such a situation with a doctors office

I live in Manalapan and I am a senior citizen. My GYN doctor retired and I needed to find a new one. I saw a few in he area before I went to Dr Bochner. He is an excellent caring physician who explains everything in detail and is happy to answer questions. Visits are never rushed. I had GYN problem that required a procedure and he was sure to get me in immediately. He also always calls me promptly with my mammogram and bone scan results. I am extremely happy that I found him.

I waited for over an hour, he fat-shamed me with incorrect and assumed information, and he went to "when did you have a baby" (we'd already talked about the fact I haven't) during my exam instead of asking the question that should have been his first one. Past annual appointments with him have been fine, but I will never go see him again after this one.

Dr Bochner and his staff are excellent professional care givers. I was made to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment I entered the office. Dr. Bochner is an exceptional thorough physician, attentive to all my concerns. I left the office feeling that I was well examined.

Dr. Bochner have been my Gyn for the past 3 years. I consulted with him because I had a large fibroid which causes my stomach to protrude. Being a gyn and a surgeon, I decided he'd be my doc.....and I'm very glad I did! He's gentle, kind and he's easy to talk with and very knowledgeable. He gave me options to deal with my fibroids, however I decided on a minimal invasive hysterectomy (LSH). The surgery was done 7/23/18 and it was excellent! no problems, speedy recovery and am feeling 100%!
