Always attentive to details

The office is always busy, but the staff is always friendly. Any issues I’ve had in the past (needing to reschedule, for example) they have always kindly worked with me to straighten them out. Dr. Hanfling is thorough and always explains what he is doing and why. I never feel rushed or as if my questions are unimportant. I am confident that I am receiving good care and am made comfortable while I get it.
