Staff is sometimes rude and does not provide accurate insurance information. I recently had to go through an appeals process because the receptionist gave wrong information. I also wish the the Dr would be more patient and listen to concerns

Brought my 95-year-old mom to see Dr. Bonnet today. She said on the way home, "that's the longest I've actually talked to a doctor in a long time. He really listened to me."

He talked to me and my fiancé like we were people, actual people. Not dollar signs. He treated my fiancé with respect and kindness, REAL KINDNESS! And asked me, his future wife, about my opinions about his health! After reading more about him and his history he’s an actual saint. And now I see that for sure. He even is going to help me get papers for an ESA (emotional support animal.) I’ve only been here once and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. Five stars every time.

Would not go anywhere else. Yes the wait is long, because he cares. You are not just a ICD10 medical code to him. You are his patient and believes you deserve his time and respect.
