List of Skylands Medical Group's Reviews
Dr. Bonnet is excellent, always there to help and goes out of his way to ease pain and suffering due to injuries. He has been my primary doctor fo decades.
I tried to reschedule an appointment and the sooner available was in a month, that's crazy when you already waited a month to be seeing. Events happens last minute and the last thing you need is someone who doesn't want to help you or work with you.
Sassy receptionist was VERY RUDE. I was told by the DOCTOR to call on Saturday for test results, sassy boy was very rude about it. He even called me back to continue being rude.
Worst line of medical offices ever! Had I never started working in the medical field and witnessing what good medical care is, I’d never know how awful Skylands Medical group truly is. Not only do they not update your insurance and “forget” to submit it to the correct one but when you refuse to pay it and they continue to send you bills because they didn’t submit it, they call the family members on your HIPAA form!! Which is meant for medical information, NOT financial….(the office manager there is AWFUL) on a medical note, my auto immune disease went undiagnosed for years because Dr. O insisted that I was too young to have it….and that it wasn’t genetic when I told him multiple women in my family had it! If you go in for a visit with Quino expect anything you complain about to be blamed on your weight, literally anything. And their physicals? Forget it….a BP and a weight check? Really?!? What kind of preventative care is that….The front desk staff is also awful. I asked them to send a message to the doctor regarding side effects I was experiencing after taking a medication and they told me it was too long to send a message and it was all "normal" (as if I hadn't taken this medication numerous times over the course of my life and I had never had these side effects before!) Let alone the fact the front desk in this office are ONLY receptionists and cannot offer medical advice. They refused to tell the doctor and told me I needed ANOTHER appt when all I wanted to know was if this medication was interacting with another medication, causing the side effects. They are all awful here and I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere for a physician. Skylands only cares about money and not their patients.
Our family have been patients at Skylands Medical for many years. My son woke up with a earache, and my husband brought him to the urgent care in Lake Hopatcong only to be told they will not see children under 13. If you have a sick child under 13, do not waste your time at this location.

Lifelong patient. A+Docs treat you like family and not just a number. Very busy office.
Prescribed an antibiotic that the doctor promised was safe for pregnant women. Started taking it and looked it up and it had never been tested on pregnant women. When I called and asked them to correct the error and prescribe me amoxicillin which IS actually safe for pregnant women, they refused.
I’ve been a patient here for about 18 years. Dr O is my GP and aside from his knowledge, he is unbelievably kind and caring. At one point or another I’ve seen all the Dr’s here and they are all very good. The staff is amazing as well. Even short staffed and longer than normal wait times, they do their best to accommodate each and every person equally.
I have been a patient of Dr. Orlandoni for many years. He came highly recommended as the family physician of several coworkers and friends. I found the doctor to be very thorough. He did tests to diagnose a condition that if went untreated would have been quite bad for me. He referred me to good specialists to continue my care. The doctor I had before doctor O placed me on an expensive gimmick diet and weekly injections not covered by insurance that I believe contributed to later health issues. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. O. When Dr. O was on vacation I saw Dr. Bonnet. He is a very good Doctor as well. The only compliant I had with the office is long waits a couple of times over the years, but that is because patients with serious issues are not rushed and they get the care they need.On his own the good doctor deserves 5 stars,

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
