There should be an option for no stars. This business honestly should just be shut down. The staff Is completely incompetent. Very dangerous for a doctors office to allow staff like that playing with your health and well being

Doctor Pineles is not a bad doctor but his office staff isn't good at all, went to him for 4 years and always had different people working in office. Finally had enough of getting wrong prescriptions and not having that problem corrected.

Dr. Cary Pineles helped me out when I was playing ball. I was playing basketball and stubbed by thumb. I went to Dr Cary Pineles and popped my thumb right back into place in 2 seconds and I have not had a problem with my thumb since then.

I receive decent care from the doctors. Their staff is another story. Julie who works in the Toms River office is a nightmare who has no patience for questions. She also advised me to continue taking antibiotics even after my test came back negative for infection. This was without asking the doctor. When I asked her to check with the dr because I have no infection she said you never ever stop taking antibiotics or the infection will come back. I reminded her that I had no infection to begin with, the dr prescribed the RX as a precaution until the test confirmed any infection. She was extremely annoyed and let me know by sighing heavily and telling me to do what I want. She finally did ask the dr who of course said I didn't need to take the antibiotic. I don't know why she feels qualified to dispense medical advise as she is not a doctor. Once I find new doctors who accept my insurance, me and my family are out of here.

Some of the Nurses are Good! But on the phone they do not listen to what you are saying and Hard to get your med at times.

I remember once I was in the company of Dr Pineles and the strangest thing happened. I stubbed my thumb. Dr. Pineles took my thumb and pulled it out and made my finger better. This happened so quickly he did not even give me time to worry about what had happened. I will definitely be a fan of Dr. Cary Pineles for life. -Pinkas
