Called to confirm they were open. They said they were, upon arrival staff stated that they decided to close an hour early because they were busy. I would advise finding a more reliable urgent Care.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The check in process was a breeze and the staff was super friendly. Start to finish was only 20 minutes. The provider explained everything in detail. I highly recommend using chai care for all of your urgent medical needs.

Last night we saw Ann Bernstein, PA, for an infection my fiancé has in his jaw. She was amazing to deal with. Very professional and handled the many tasks she had going on with the utmost respect for each patient. I thank her for her service and all she did for us late last night!

There were 2 people in the waiting room. I had to wait a while and once the doctor came in he was in such a rush…quick to diagnose and was of the door…. Not professional and not too knowledgeable. Don’t show much interest. Considering the tremendous copay that I paid ( was forced to use them since I was in a rush) I think I deserve much better service. Btw how do I dispose of the medication that I got for the wrong diagnoses?

I couldn't give more stars unfortunately. The PA's are accommodating and professional. However, the office staff is very rude and lacking in basic middos and derech eretz.
