List of Heather Robberson's Reviews
Dr. Robberson is very knowledgeable. She listens and takes time to talk with her patients. She treats them like humans not as a number.
Dr. Robberson is smart, kind & efficient. She tells it like it is.Very happy she is my primary.
Dr. Robberson was mine and my husband's doctor, she was the worst general practitioner we've ever had. She ignored my husband's hernia and doesn't listen to a word you say. I told her I get up at night twice for my disabled son to change and feed him, her response was, if you lose some weight you won't get up at night. She is completely oblivious and doesn't even deserve 1 star.
Robberson is a very callous doctor. She was my wife's and my doctor up until last year. My wife was hospitalized last September. During that time Robberson was never available to discuss with me her illness. My wife ended up passing away in December from sepsis. Every time I tried to call, I could never get through and her office didn't even have a way of leaving a message. After my wife died, she never even called to offer condolences. Do yourself a favor and choose a compassionate physician, not Heather Robberson.
I personally love Dr. Robberson and her husband. I think they make an awesome duo at their practice. I first went to Dr. Robberson when she was working at a walk in in facility. I had a bad infection on my leg. Rather than send me all around, she took out a scalpel and some gauze and took care of that bad boy right there. After that, I knew I would never go to another doctor. I live far from her office now, but I will make that trek when I need her.I also like how she’s not fake, you aren’t getting some act, her and her husband are authentic. If you are annoying, and a pain in the side, you might won’t get dealt with, with kid gloves. But, it’s not that hard to get through to them, just be a regular person and it will be all good. She must be doing something right, cause I’m still here :) thanks Dr. Robberson.
I first would like to say that I use to go to Dr. Robberson when I was younger and always enjoyed the office and the visit. Unfortunately my recent visit has left a very sour taste in my mouth which is why I will never return.I called to office to make an appointment that would work best for my work schedule, considering most people have full time jobs I find it hard to understand why they have no hours that would accommodate those working people. None the less I made my appointment and was given permission to leave work early to make this appointment. The man who made my appointment advised that I should print out my paperwork and complete it before I came in and advised I should try and come in early if I could not. My appointment was for 430.I followed his instruction and printed and completed the paperwork to save time at the appointment. Unfortunately the route I was on to make it to the doctor had some traffic due to a accident. I called the office to let them know I would be running late but the phone just rang and rang . As I am walking into the doctor's office at 438 I get a call from the doctor. The man at the desk hung up and advised I missed my appointment and had to reschedule. Now for someone who has a full time work schedule and just had to lose out on pay to make this appointment I felt it was being handled unfair and I expressed how I was trying to advise I would be late and how I just wanted to see the doctor. It would seem the man working the front desk was not advised how to communicate with people without being loud and rude. He began raising his voice and refusing to let me speak with the doctor because they were closed (which was not the case they were open until 5). After trying to just see the doctor to insure I was not sick I finally said fine I will reschedule. Now the man at the desk told me I could not because he felt my attitude did not "match well" with their office. I laughed at him stating he can not refuse me medical attention because he does not like me. Which he once again raised his voice at me. After fighting with me (which if he would have just let me see the doctor I would had been done with my check up) he got the doctor. It would then be made clear to me that the reason the man at the front desk felt he could be disrespectful to me was because he was the doctors husband. She then had the nerve to tell me I was the one being rude and she is a very busy woman and has her set hours for a reason. I was then told they will not take me as a patient. What I find to be problematic with this is not only did the office show poor professionalism they also are denying medical care in the middle of a huge virus epidemic. It is completely careless and unprofessional as a doctor to deny anyone care at a time like this. It would appear that the office only cares about being a medical office between their unrealistic hours of operation. In short. Don't go here. You are better off going to an urgent care to actually get the help you are looking for and actually deal with people who are professional and have good patient care. If I wanted to be yelled at like a child I would have a conversation with me actual parents not the local doctor and her rude arrogant husband.
Disgusting attitude always from the receptionist, which oh, also happens to be the doctor’s husband! When in her office, i feel she dismisses every single thing you say and doesnt take you serious. I brought up a chest pain issue to her years ago to which she suggested i get psychological help for anxiety because im young and it just couldnt be caused by anything else. Surprise surprise, now i am having serious health issues to do with my chest pain. I called in for an unrelated issue today in which i just needed antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. After trying to tell me I probably didnt have the infection I had (i had a positive result from the HOSPITAL), she said whatever ill send the antibiotic to your pharmacy. She never sent it. The pharmacy had absolutely nothing from her, and then her office was closed so i couldnt even call. Extremely unprofessional I will not be going back.
Our family has benefited from Dr. Robberson's expertise in internal medicine since she began her practice. Dr. Robberson is an exceptional, dedicated doctor and our family is grateful for her care throughout the years. During uncertain times, such as now, she has been particularly responsive and caring in regards to my loved ones care in the context of my own health as well. Rude staff, rude doctor and over all horrible experience. Don't waste your time unless you want to be spoken down to and be disrespected. Never have I ever been spoken to or treated the way I was in her office. Her and her husband should be ashamed of themselves.
It is with much reflection that I write this review. Dr. Robberson is a great Dr. she is very personable, and professional. BUT, there are few issues with the practice in general that I give her 1 stars.First, they never answer their phone and do not have a voicemail to leave important messages on. Example: for the better part of 3 days I have been calling her office to schedule a Pre-OP Appt. No answer, cant leave message. I finally call toward the end of her office hours (because that is the only time I havent tried in 3 days). Well I FIANLLY get an answer, and was told the following "well your just now calling and only giving us 3 days to get you cleared." --- Is this guy out of his mind???....check your caller ID and I'm sure you'll see my name and number multiple times a days.Second, they don't have any hours for the working family, and will make you come back for things that could be taken care of in one visit. They give BS excuses as to why. But, having just did a year with fertility I know the excuse that was given was completely BS. Also, while pregnant my wife became Ill and tried to make an appt, and they wouldn't even try to make accommodations. So, my wife went and found a new primary. Guess what they did- made accommodations to see my wife as she was high risk pregnancy with twins.Again, I write this after much reflection. Dr. Robberson is an awesome person, but I refuse to use a practice that doesnt even want to try and assist your family. In the 2 hours since I last spoke with her office I have found another primary who will be seeing me, and guess WHAT?! I don't have to take another day off work!!!!(Update: Reviews are replaceable. Especially after an owner does right by their client. Making the situation whole. Unfortunately, that was not the outcome. Instead they retaliated after my wife seemed to rectify the matter. I was willing to speak to the Dr. about my concerns, but instead that will not be the case.)

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
