Very inconsiderate. Needed a specialty medication. Dr Trivedi needed to call my insurance company to get prior authorization. I called the office numerous times over a 3 month period for him to take care of this and he never did. I never received a call back from his office after over a dozen calls to the office. Meanwhile I suffered with with my skin condition and no medication. Finally I went to another dermatoligist and got my medication within a week. Dr Trivedi and his staff are completely unprofessional and classless. Stay away.

This doctor grossly misdiagnosed me, he said I have possibly bug bites, he stood at least 5 feet away from me, even though he was wearing a mask, how can you possibly diagnose someone without taking a close look, total incompetence .... He called in an Rx for a very strong steroid ointment that was too strong, in the meantime, my condition got much worse, by the 4th day Sunday, I could not take the pain, burning, & itching anymore, I went online and found a double board certified dermatologist and did a virtual consultation, she immediately knew exactly what I had "Shingles" NOT bug bites!!!! ... She prescribed viral meds & a steroid .... What a relief, very professional! Stay far away from this one!!!

I went in for my first appointment the intake worker is very kind and welcoming I had a hard time with the paperwork and she was kind and got me thru it. Meeting the doctor was fantastic he knew within minutes what was wrong and actually explained it to me like he actually sat down and took time to explain exactly what was happening and how he was going to treat the issues I had it was so nice to have someone actually take the time and explain what was wrong with me

Rude receptionist taking phone appointments, hung up on me twice while I was trying to schedule an appointment for my son. Do better

What a wonderful doctor. Explained everything in detail prior to biopsy. He answered all my questions and didn’t rush me. Thank you!

I love Dr. Trevedi, he found my melanoma and wasn't supposed to be in that office that day. Than I lost contact for awhile and was so blessed to find him again. He has great bedside manner. Highly recommend.

Recently I got a laceration wound where huge piece of skin went off. The wound was treated in hospital EM. After that I came to Dr. Trivedi for consultation regarding my skin general condition and how to avoid this kind of trauma in future. To my surprise and disappointment doctor refused to open the wound and take a look at the skin there. He just prescribed the ointment to use on wound instead of that recommended in hospital. On second day of using this ointment wound condition sharply worsened, it started bleeding and hurting. I went to hospital again and was diagnosed with and got a treatment for wound infection. Obviously the ointment prescribed by Dr. Trivedi, was not good for my skin and didn’t work properly. I understand that doctor may give a medication which doesn’t work. But what I can’t understand is how he could to prescribe a strong and potentially aggressive treatment for the wound which HE DIDN’T OPEN AND DIDN’T TAKE A LOOK AT. I consider this absolutely unacceptable conduct for the doctor.

Dr. Trivedi performed an excision of abnormal cells from my upper back. I am a very nervous patient and this was my first experience. I was extra nervous since it was another Dr. who had been treating me originally. Dr. Trivedi put me at ease and helped me fight my anxiety while gently removing this bit of unusual cell growth. If I have to go through this again, I would return to this kind Dr. The staff was very friendly as well. Freehold location of Certified Dermatology on 10/29/19.
