The desk staff is over stressed and not able to handle the workload. The doctors, nurses and desk staff don’t listen and make to many mistakes. When they took blood for my wife they didn’t take enough for all the tests even though we told them what was needed to be done. When my wife was upset at their mistake they told her to seek an emotional support group and made her feel like she was crazy for being upset. The doctors in the office didn’t give out any useful information in writing and instead just spoke extremely fast and expected us to get it all right. When we requested to have our files transferred the doctor used a medical test result to get us on the phone and then did not give us details on the results and proceeded to talk badly about the new office we were going to and why we were wrong for wanting to leave. Highly unprofessional, rude, and condescending. We are very happy at our new doctor and feel valued and appreciated. Information was typed out in a welcome packet and they explain things slowly and spent time with us. I cannot express how much I would not recommend Sunrise OBGYN. I have never felt so poorly treated by a doctor before and feel extremely confident in our decision to leave.

waiting time is more then 1 hour, Saw her twice (within a month)complaining that something bothering me she couldnt even diagnose it was only yeast infection till i saw another doctor!!!!!!!

Professional. Knowledgeable. Intelligent. Quick thinking. I became critically ill during my pregnancy and delivered my daughter at 27 weeks. Dr. Belkin and the rest of the physicians at her practice are the exact reason why we are BOTH here and thriving today. I can't sing her and her colleagues praises enough!

Dr. Belkin has been my ob gyn for almost 10 years at this point. She is calm, patient, and very kind. I have seen other doctors in the practice and they are all great. I feel lucky to have a practice of such talented women physicians.

Your scheduled appointment is NEVER your scheduled appointment. The staff is very Lazy, unprofessional and very unhelpful especially when it comes to billing! These offices charge way more then what you would expect. Defiantly not clean, and the doctors just want to be in and out but never on time cause your scheduled appointment is an hour or later. NEVER WILL GO BaCK

I would highly recommend Dr. Belkin to family and friends. In fact, I have recommended her with much success. Although there can sometimes be up to half an hour wait, when she is with you she will take as much time as necessary to listen to you and explain any procedures, tests, etc. Her staff takes a thorough health history each visit, and she is familiar with your reason for the visit before she walks into the exam room.
