Dr. Kinney has been my OB for 13 years and the reason I have stayed with NE Medicine for the births of my children. She’s extremely knowledgeable and attentive and is quick at getting back to me via one chart whenever I have questions or concerns. If ever I was unable to see her in clinic, the other physicians at Olsen’s Center are amazing too!

I was scheduled for a pre conception visit with the doctor . She did not care about asking for history and just went about assuming a lot about me. I just felt like she was not interested or cared for the patient
I had hysterectomy last month with Dr. Kinney. The whole experience was problem free and I wish I had done it years ago. She listens and explains and and I felt very respected. I highly recommend Dr. Kinney and the medical care at Nebraska Medicine.
My sister went in to get an ultrasound for her endometriosis, she was told she was in pristine cobditio condition. She went to rhe ER the next day and found out she has 9 cysts. How is that pristine? Doctor said she ran tests multiple times and later told my sister that she got her confused with another patient. She dis not do the biopsy suring surgery that she said she did. She lied about the cysts. She completely wrote off my sisters concerns about hereditary cancer. This doctor lied numeeous times to my sisters face. That is unacceptable.
She was not my OB but she was the OB on call the day I had my daughter. All other staff were onboard and encouraging for me to try a VBAC. The moment she came on staff she had me on the clock. She tried to do cervix checks frequently and when I request her to wait longer she would get visibly irritated and threaten to shut off the pitocin. I did end up having a c section and unfortunately she performed it. I'm still not over the trauma and will not be discussing that portion of my care here.
Dr. Kinney guided me through a tragic loss and then a successful pregnancy. I felt complete trust in her every step of the way, even when things got complicated with a gestational diabetes diagnosis. She delivered my baby even though she wasn't the doctor on call. I will definitely return to her if we go for baby number two!
Initially she portrays herself as nice and objective physician. However, she ignored many of my health problems which led to me having an emergency c-section and my baby staying in the ICU for many weeks (not discharged yet). I found her arrogant and negligent.
Dr. Kinney helped us deliver our first baby girl in December of 2016. She was fantastic at each appointment and took extra care of us since I ended up having high blood pressure. I felt very safe in her hands.
I have had 3 babies with Dr Kinney. Not only was she professional but she also listened to me and let me have a say in my treatment when I suffered a miscarriage. I did a lot of research after on why it possibly happened and wanted to try a certain course of action which she was open to. She's very knowledgable yet not so arrogant in her practice that she won't accept suggestions. I have been very happy with her and would recommend her to anyone.
This doctor did not listen to me. Was having pain and didn't even do basic testing that my family doctor ended up doing and finding the problem. Instead of testing for an infection, she just did an std test that I said I didn't want because I just got those tests done recently. She looked at me like she didn't take me seriously. Worst doctor I've been to in Omaha.
