I’ve been a patient of Dr. Frances Russo for nearly 10 years and unreservedly recommend her to friends and family. I’m surprised to read such negative reviews here and can honestly say she is a caring excellent doctor. She listens, never rushes, and is concerned for the “overall picture” of my health and wellness. More recently I have seen Dr. Steve on several occasions and find him similarly great. My only criticism is that wait times can sometimes be long. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and professional and the practice is excellent. I’ll continue to recommend both doctors and am happy to have found solid primary care doctors.

Dr. Russo has been a great asset to me over the past three years since we moved to the area. She takes the time to listen, and cares about her patients. I am glad I took an online recommendations in a local group and decided to go to her. I definitely would recommend her to any other locals looking for a good primary doctor!

I have been a patient of Dr. Frances Russo's for seven years. She is a kind, friendly and personable person; as well as a caring, savvy, and knowledgeable physician. I trust her instincts and her recommendations! She has been a blessing in my life, truly. Just the best.

Fantastic doctor. Brilliant, current, amazing bedside manner, very detailed exams. She is ON IT. Super sweet and caring, communicative, straight shooter. I feel blessed to have found her. She is AWESOME!

Complete airhead- the things that come out of her mouth are absolutely ridiculous. She needs to learn her beside manners and not say offensive things to piss patients off. Put a filter on your mouth and act smart. You are a doctor.

I absolutely love Dr Frances Russo. I have been seeing her since 2012, even despite moving out of the area. She will always recommend the best course of action and is not quick to prescribe unless you really need it. She is a great listener, does not rush, and spends a lot of time with each patient. It's truly a relief to find a primary care doctor that I can trust and not second guess. Even my husband is thinking of switching to Dr Russo as I have spoken so highly of her over the years.
