I had a horrible experience with Dr Steven Russo that put my health in major jeopardy during the COVID 19 pandemic. As a result, I am without a primary care physician and had to end 5 different medications cold turkey without tapering off as a result of his poor physician practices.

Dr. Russo is very uncaring and his front office is extremely rude. I find that he serves patients from a moral high ground, refusing to prescribe even medical marijuana and treating mental health issues with an extremely unprofessional level of stigma. I do NOT recommend. Stay away and find someone who actually gives a crap about patients, who isn't just collecting stacks as the only doc in a small town.

I've seen Dr. Fran and my husband sees Dr. Steven Russo. He helped us this past week make an important decision that could have been life-or-death if we didn't listen to his advice, and he did so with consideration and insight. We've both been very pleased with their care, and I highly recommend this practice!
