After my previous doctor of 20+ years had retired, I had to find a new PCP. What I thought would be an extremely stressful and scary experience was actually one of the best experiences I have had. Check-In was made incredibly easy thanks to the online system (a simple yet intuitive interface, very easy for the end-user to use and understand) and I was seen very quickly. The staff I interacted with prior to actually seeing the doctor were kind, caring and definitely made me feel welcome. Dr. Shah herself is fantastic. She has wonderful bedside manner, asks the right questions, doesn’t make you feel judged, and really took her time with me as we went through my medical history. I felt heard, validated, and excited to be working with a doctor who actually listens to her patient, takes her time, and doesn’t rush you through your appointment.

I have been a patient for over twenty years and Dr Shah has guided me through two major health crisis. My quarterly visits insure that she is aware of any changes in my health and we can address them before they become real problems.
