Bad experience, had a filling done that had issues from the start of getting it done. Called the emergency line a few weeks later, Dr gave me a prescription for Ibuprofen and antibiotics. Pain still hasn’t gone away I call back in, they tell me I need a root canal. By this time I have a change in insurance so now there is a copay. I asked to speak to the dentist directly regarding the copay bc in my opinion you made the mistake by doing the wrong procedure, they said someone would call, I never received a callback. When I finally contacted them again I ask them why didn’t you just perform a root canal from the beginning, also emphasizing the filling just didn’t feel right from day one. They tell me to come in for a consultation again so the dr can go over the X-ray, before the filling. It was a little to late to explain yourself at this point. I will be switching offices for my son as well. Seems to me they want to bill the insurance and you as much as possible.

I have been to this office maybe 5 times and of the 5 times I’ve left annoyed/upset 3 times. My first experience was decent however, the second time I went to this office I show up for my appointment only for them to tell me they scheduled my appointment too soon and my insurance will not cover the appointment. I return a third time for a check up and the tech loads my previous X-rays takes me to get current X-rays. We come back to the room & she never pulled up my current x-rays. The dentist comes in and reviews my OLD images and tells me I have no cavities. I wasn’t even about to correct him. A whole check up down the drain. Fourth visit was for a consultation for teeth whitening. No issues, however I did explain to the girl at the front desk that I would be paying for my treatment with a card credit credit card. Fast forward to my 5th & FINAL visit… I arrive for my teeth whitening and I give them my credit card for payment & they refused my payment because I was not an authorized user on my husbands credit card. Mind you, I just used this exact credit card to pay for my son’s $3600.00 braces with ZERO issues. Funny. I was about to pay $500 for teeth whitening services and you declined it bc I was not an authorized user on husband’s card. Your loss, not mine! I will not be returning to this practice and I highly advise you not to as well. Save yourself the trouble.
