This practice is wonderful and I have loved seeing Dr. Palsky over the years. The staff is amazing; however, Dr. Shapiro seemed very condescending and rude to our family when we recently were in the office for a visit. Maybe he was tired or overly stressed out? I don’t think he has the same genuineness and kindness of Dr. Palsky and should take the time to acquire a better bedside manner for his patients.

I've never encountered a more dismissive and condescending doctor. His magic trick made my son smile, but I was sent home with no answers and told to try not to worry as I had imagined the problem.

I absolutely love Dr. Shapiro! I started out with Dr. Palsky at the same office but he wasn't a good fit for our family so we switched to Dr. Shapiro and couldn't be happier. The phone nurses are great as well. The front desk staff are very rude and could benefit greatly from a staff in service training day! But Dr. Shapiro is great so I can deal with front desk clerical staff ignorance to get to him!
