Horrible experience. Was coaxed into a surgery that failed as my issue came back within 3 months, asked to talk to dr Karlin about it and he would only talk on the phone for a telehealth visit (coming from the guy who said call me any time especially regarding the surgery) and he denied doing my ultrasound or writing a script for me to do it. Needless to say I found a way to do the ultrasound and have the issue again. Also, the office manager was the rudest least empathetic person I’ve ever witnessed to see in a doctors office. I highly recommend if you need urological help to look elsewhere.

After the initial visit once he gets you to agree to a surgery, he begins to only give you two minutes at best before leaving the appointment room. My surgery failed and he declined my request of an ultrasound as to not have to help. Office as a whole had a lot of aggressive salesman like people, even a post surgery question had to be charged as a telehealth visit. Would highly recommend steering clear from them.

The staff, the Doctor, The nurses, are AMAZING, if you EVER have to go to the Doctors office pick Dr. G, Karlin and his staff, you are in excellent care.

I genuinely forgot I had an appointment. I had to wait almost a month for it. Needless to say I forgot I had the appointment. Dealing with 2 sudden deaths and life period. Once I seen I missed my appointment I called to get another one, apologized for missing my appointment and the rude lady on the phone said I had to first pay a cancellation fee for a no show before I can get another appointment! WOW ALL ABOUT MONEY!!!!! Found another urologist thank God!!!!! UPDATE THIS OFFICE FLAG MY NAME AS A NO SHOW, THANK GOD DR. WATSON OFFICE HAD MORE COMPASSION AND UNDERSTANDING. AND REMOVED THE FLAG!!!! I GOT AN APPOINTMENT THE VERY NEXT DAY. Dr. Watson and his staff was /is the better choice.

Dr Karlin has been good with my visits with him. I would recommend him to someone who needs a urologist. That’s pretty straightforward.
