I had to wait a little while but it was definitely worth it. He will spend whatever time is necessary with you to understand your history and recent condition. He takes the time to listen, explain and treat. Highly recommend.

The amount of time Doc spends with me and then my mom is not to be seen in any other office. He is always on top of his game. He is an all around great primary and would never leave his practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Lou for several years. His practice is run very poorly and he sees to many patients to effectively give them all the attention they need. There has been many occasions were I have waited in the waiting room for 2-3 hours before even being seen by the Dr. Time to find a new Dr. in the area.

I saw Dr. Lou back in the early 90s and thought he was an excellent personable caring physician then, but I moved away from the area. Every physician I saw in NYC paled in comparison. Now I'm back in town and he hasn't changed a bit. And I don't want to forget about his staff. Top Notch ladies!

Long wait times. Blows off patient concerns. Prescribed medication that would have worsened a pre existing condition. Arrogant & condescending.

Dr. Tsarouhas is the best doctor you will ever visit. He cares about his patients, he is honest and he is progressive, meaning he is a true believer of patient wellness, not just a band-aid approach. Oh and his staff... they are so nice too. You will be very happy you visited. I promise.

Wait time very long. Didn't like receptionist talking about patients while waiting to be seen by doctor. Very difficult to get information from doctor when calling. Don't know whether messages are relayed to doctor since phone calls are never returned.

Dr. T is absolutely the best physician around. If you truly want someone who with care about you, work his tail off to heal you, educate you and treat you like a family member. Go to Dr. T. His staff is tremendous as well. They are all knowledgeable and truly linked to you as a patient. After seeing Dr. T you better understand your condition and know what you need to do to make sure you get better. It’s a very empowering experience having Dr. T as your physician. Call him.

I have been in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years and am highly familiar with the level of care provided by healthcare professionals. Dr. Tsarouhas is the the most professional, most patient-oriented and knowledgable Physician I have ever encountered in my career. Most Physicians treat conditions AFTER they occur. Dr. Tsarouhas' goal is to stop them BEFORE they occur. I highly recommend him. His staff is equally superior to others.
