I went to Dr. Patel with a deviated septum and a nose I did not like. I am now 7 month post op and could not be happier with my results. I can breathe well, and I have a lot more self confidence. He was able to answer all my questions and prioritize all my concerns.

Not very happy with the way my case is being handled. I am a patient of Dr R Patel and can’t seem to get a response from him or his office on my next step. I have made numerous calls and I leave messages with staff and nothing!!!! If I don’t call back I don’t think I would ever hear back. Not sure where to go from here!!!

I went to the office when my appointment was supposed to be. The receptionist said my appointment had been cancelled and that they had called me to rebook the appointment prior. I had told her yes I did get the voicemail, and I also got a message notification to confirm my appointment after that phone call for cancellation. To which the receptionist replied that this is a glitch in their system. I will consider more carefully the next time I wish to make an appointment at this office under Rakesh Patel.

Dr. Rakesh Patel was very professional, compassionate, and caring upon meeting him for the first time. He took me in very quickly and discussed everything that needed to be done in detail. He took his time to answer all my questions. One time I got to the office 1 hour before my appointment time and he took me in right away even though it was his lunch hour. It truly shows how much he values his patients and their time.

Dr. Rakesh Patel is an amazing doctor. He’s knowledgeable and very professional. Dr. Patel did a wonderful job with my nose reconstruction. I did have 4 surgeries which are nasal, sinus, septoplasty, and rhinoplasty. It's been 7 seventh months since I got my nose job done and this is life-changing. I had done a half marathon and a few 5k races.

He is a great person very kind and helpfull , Never seen a doctor like him.

Dr. Patel is an extremely competent ENT and did an excellent job correcting my daughter’s deviated septum as well as a bump and crooked nose (from a prior injury). After years of labored breathing she is finally able to breathe and has acquired new found confidence and I am grateful for Dr. Patel’s expertise and for his excellent surgical skills. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Patel was such a pleasure. From day one, he addressed all of my questions and any concerns. He made me feel like his only patient, which made me feel very important. Judy was also a great help with planning appointments. I would absolutely recommend their service. PS - I am very happy with how my surgery went!

I have been seeing Dr. Rakesh Patel for 10 years now and he's the best in his field. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. I have seen a bunch of other ENTs and my experience with other ENTs makes me appreciate Dr. Patel even more. I recently got turbinectomy with Dr. Patel and I am so glad I got it done with him. My nose is open and it feels amazing to be able to breathe. I was very scared of Empty Nose Syndrome (ENS) because I have read a whole lot of stuff about it online and I was delaying my surgery/was scared to get it because I didn't want to get Empty nose syndrome. But I did not get ENS and my nose/breathing is amazing now, all Thanks to Dr. Patel. Two years ago I got a septoplasty and turbinectomy with another ENT and that did not help me at all. Not even a little bit. I did not want another surgery in my nose but I couldn't breathe and I went to see many other ENTs but ended up coming back to Dr. Patel who I had been seeing for a long time on and off. He is an highly experienced surgeon and he did a phenomenal job with my turbinectomy. It feels amazing to breathe, get a good night sleep, and feel energized. One advice I will give you if you're reading this, don't be scared of empty nose syndrome that you hear about online from a lot of people. Yes it is real and yes it can happen but that will depend on your surgeon. you have to pick someone who is very experienced and knows what they're doing. I highly recommend Dr. Patel if you have any nose issues, esp if your turbinates are swollen or septum is crooked and you can't breathe and no meds are working and you need a surgery he will fix you.

Overall from last experience from the last doctor I seen, this place was way better. The wait was long because I was a new patient with a lot of things that needed to be done and the needed some more documents from my doctor. They try to figure everything out and solutions. They even talk to your primary doctors to keep them in the loop for a solution. They schedule follow up to check up on you to see if that helps in two weeks and not make you wait months to be seen again. They follow patient regulations and don’t make you uncomfortable at all.
