List of Steven M. Orland's Reviews
Excellent and very responsive to you needs I highly recommend Dr. Orland.
Very thorough and specific as to what needs to be done.
Everything was very bad, beginning with waiting time, than horrible examinations and finally kicked out without any advice or appointments, than he charge my insurance for everything and more. I call my insurance company and advise them not to pay
Dr. Orland is brilliant and caring. It takes a few visits to understand his style. I never had a kidney stone attack before but had an attack out of state. I flew north despite doctors in emergency care recommending admittance to the hospital in FL. On Monday, I called every urologist for help. No office would see me for almost 4 days except for Dr. Orland. Yes, you wait in the waiting room. Yes, you wait in the examination room but he rearranged his surgery to fit me in 2 days later. If the hospital OR was available he would have done the surgery sooner. That is hospital controlled. During removal of my kidney stones Dr. Orland saw a contained patch of cancer on my bladder. To confirm, a biopsy was done. The following week I had the cancer removed. As a precaution I had testing every 3 months, then 6 months, now 9 months to monitor any regrowth. He is always late. He juggles a lot between 2 offices. He is very slow returning calls. BUT* without hesitation he welcomed my request for a conference call with my daughter who lives in CA. He answered every question. He was detailed in his treatment plan, my diet and my care. I took my Dad to his urologist in FL and NJ. The waiting rooms were filled. The wait was long. Sadly, that is typical of medical care today.
I will not go back to this Dr. He is happy to ring the register on you and your insurance. After being experimented on for sake of insurance and teaching a student I left with more problems then when I came in.
Dr orland answered all my questions and took the time to explain all aspects of my condition. he was friendly and very knowledgeable this was my first visit with him at his hopewell office and i would recommend him highly.
I had a near syncope after getting a medication without any explanation (I've asked for explanation without success) and I spent 5 hours at an emergency room. I've called to the doctor office and the doctor never talked to me. Very ashamed.
I seen Dr Orland for the first time for a problem another urologist could not help me with. Although the wait was a tad long the doctor gave me all of his attention and spent a lot of time with me going into great detail about my condition and taking the time to actually listen to me. I see some comments about his staff but Jessica and Fallon were incredible and I have no issues with office staff at all. I would highly recommend Dr Orland.
Does not explain procedures, after OR does not talk to patient or family - says (in writing) make an appt in 2 weeks - looking for a replacement
Caring, helpful Doctor. Took his time and answered all my questions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
