Dr. Bills gave a thoughtful and logical analysis after considering the reason for my visit.
My three children and I have been with Dr. BILL for over 10 years. He's kind, gentle and he listens. From Kimie to Mel I appreciate them.
Timely appointments, friendly staff and attentive to patient needs
Friendly atmosphere - competent staff
I actually meet with Dr Bill's physician assistant and he was very helpful and caring so I can only imagine that Dr Bill will be the same..the front desk experience with customer service was above and beyond helpful and compassionate..the young lady that did my x-ray was also ..thanks to everyone who helped my day great as I was in a lot of pain..
Dr Bills is awesome the ladies at the front desk are really . I would recommend anyone to this office both Lawrenceville and Hamilton.
On 7th May 2019, I had an appointment with Dr. Thomas Bills for a swollen left knee. At first I was seen by a nurse and then by the doctor's PA who adivsed me to do an X-Ray. After that, the PA gave me 2 options for treatment of which I chose one. All this while, I kept thinking that the doctor would be busy and will come in anytime soon. However, once my treatment plan was discussed, the PA left the room and the nurse told me I could go outside and rebook a follow up appointment if I wanted. I then asked her whether the doctor would see me now and she told me 'The doctor saw your X-Ray with the PA and has discussed your case with the PA and hence you were offered the 2 treatment options'. I was absolutely appalled by this. I had paid extra to see a specialist and the doctor did not even bother to come once into the room and take a look at my knee. I have been to many other specialists in the past for various other causes and not once have I met a specialist who does not even bother to come and meet his patient to find out what is wrong.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
