I’m an existing patient who came for an annual post COVID pause. I was asked to pay $1 for a mask because I didn’t come wearing one. I asked why? The courteous front desk personnel explained that medical facilities were not included in the lift of mask wearing mandate. If you’re so concerned with welfare of your patients, why charge for a mask? Other entities do not. I left without making another appointment. It wasn’t the dollar for the mask… the gouging of a $1 for a mask upset me and honestly, the ignorance of the office management for allowing such practices. Not coming back.

I originally loved this OBGYN because it was so easy to make appointments and it was only a two doctor firm. Yet, during my pregnancy, I felt like they didn't even know me and I was just another patient. I was ridiculed for having a doula and for merely asking about placenta encapsulation. When it came time to deliver, I was appalled by their bedside manner. I won't get into details, but it was extremely traumatic. Post-birth, they made seeking help for PPD/PPA extremely difficult. I do not recommend this group for pregnancy/delivery. I since have switched OBGYNs.

Dr. Generelli has to be the worst doctor I have ever met. She does answer questions. She provides no support. I called her to tell I was in labor, and she told me that it could be false labor or take a while since it was my first. I told her that I was in a lot of pain and was heading to the hospital at 5:30am. She showed up to my son’s birth over two hours late. I started pushing with the on call doctor because I was 10 cm when I arrived at the hospital. She came in during the process made me stop pushing so she could discuss with the current doctor. She decided she better deliver my son, which she did. I experience a great deal of blood loss and she needed to call the first doctor back in to ensure that the bleeding stopped and I was going to be ok. She did everything to cover herself and did not put my son or myself first. This is the worst kind of doctor. She then talked to me with little to no bed side manner and out the postpartum that I would definitely get. I’m not sure if she should have went into a profession that requires a skill, but also compassion, concern, and empathy to others. There are much better doctors out there. This is not a good one at all.

I have been with Dr Generelli for over 10 years and I cannot say enough great things about her and her office staff. They are always so polite, accommodating and professional. Also very helpful when I have questions. Dr Generelli is professional and she answers all my questions. I am a nurse but she doesn't assume I know everything. She goes over all risks and benefits and educates me everytime she sees me. There is a reason why my family goes to her and that I have gone to her for over 10 years.

Dr Generelli and her team are professional, kind and very accommodating. She always answers my questions and educates me every visit. She does not assume I know the risks and benefits because I am a nurse. I feel that she cares about me as a whole not just as an OBGYN patient. She is direct and to the point but kind and comforting. I always feel like I can talk to her. Her team is amazing especially when I make appointments, they are very accommodating. I've been with them over 10 years!!

Caring, considerate. Simply the best!!!! I would trust her with my life. She is amazing. She is cutting edge and has been truly outstanding.

The reviews are right! Do not waste your time with this Dr. She is robotic and will not offer you any professional guidance. Held on to my test results for 2 weeks, offered me a follow up if I came into her office to read the results to me but would not read them over the phone or upload them to the patient portal. The results were negative, all she had to do was get on the phone and say everything was alright but instead she ignored 6 phone calls and suggested I come in and caused more anxiety and stress to a situation she could have defused. She only cares about what she can bill the insurance company. She gives drs a bad name!

I’ve been a patient of Dr.Generelli for years! She is caring, compassionate, and very thorough!! I had a rough pregnancy and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of! I highly recommend her for your ob/gyn needs!

Dr Generelli was very caring and catered to every need I had. She took her time with me to hear about my concerns and discussed a plan of action that worked amazing!! I recommend her to all my friends and coworkers! It’s nice to have a dr who cares about her patients the way that she does and know you will be taken care of.
