Had 2 visits with Dr. Salloum. Both visits I waited over an hour for when no one was in the waiting room. She had received my abnormal blood results for over a month and did not call to go over them. Gave a diagnosis but no treatment or recommendations. Useless......

Dr. Salloum and her staff are personable, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Salloum is also easy to talk to.

Dr. Salloum and her staff are caring and responsive to your needs. The office is lovely, clean, and modern; easy to get to; and on street level. No climbing stairs for her sore patients! Dr. Salloum herself is a caring professional who gives each patient the best experience and most beneficial outcome possible.

I had 3 appointments she was always late from 45 minuites on two appointments to an hour on the last. When we confronted her she made lame excuses and got angry and dismissed me without treating me. I AM GLAD she (fired) me I found another Doctor the next day found

This rating is just about the office experience because I did not get to see the doctor as a result. I made my appointment at a specific time, a month ahead of time because I have to accommodate work. When my appointment was confirmed, it still said the original time and I was not notified of changes. When I went into the office, I found out I would not be seen until an hour and a half later so I needed to leave. One patient who had arrived after me was seen first, and if I had been seen at that time, I would not have had to leave. It turns out that the office double booked due to a family emergency, which is understandable, but no one called me to tell me that it would not be possible for me to be seen at the time I requested and to cancel my appointment. I'm unhappy for having to use my time unproductively as a result, there is no way I could have come and I should have been notified in advance.

I have only been twice but I appreciate that the doctor didn’t push drugs on my right away and agreed that I would try to use alternative medicine to relieve pain. It’s working! Still no medicine almost a year now and feeling well! Thank you Dr Salloum I’m more sending my husband and friends to her office as well. Very patient and sweet office staff.

Dr. Shalloum is a miracle worker. I cannot say enough about her. She is knowledgeable with the bedside manner of an angel. She has helped me so much. I can walk like a human again and enjoy little walks with my grandchildren. The office staff is so kind and just makes one feel so comfortable the minute you walk in. They make new appointments, give scripts for tests and call in prescriptions to the pharmacy with ease. They are very courteous and efficient in all they do.
