List of Susan Salzberg Moore's Reviews
I found Dr. Salzburg-Moore to be extremely dismissive and condescending during my visit. Other reviews lauded her bedside manner and willingness to listen, which is what drew me to this practice; that was not at all my experience. Aside from an apparent sheer lack of empathy and abundance of condescension over basic questions and requests, I found the onboarding process ineffective and confusing. As a new patient, I was told not to transfer my files ahead of time (I even called to double check this was the case). I was then asked to produce my files mid-appointment and was met with annoyance when I reported I didn’t bring them because I was told (twice) they’d be requested after the appointment. I won’t be returning.
Dr. Salzberg took great care of us through our delivery. She helped us weigh our options and took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. Dr. Salzberg's attention to our case established the kind of trust pregnant mothers need with their doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Salzberg.
HORRIBLE doctor. She does not know what she is doing, has poor bedside manner and is generally incompetent.
Patient for 18 years and always found Dr Moore to be correct in diagnosis, professional and caring. Over the past I’ve lived out of state and can say Dr Moore has been the gentlest of my doctors.
All staff members are polite and professional. The office is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Appointments are prompt. Dr. Susan Salzberg-Moore has a warm friendly disposition, good listener, extremely knowledgeable and encourages you to be pro-active in promoting good health daily.
I have been going to Dr. S Moore for close to 10 years now. She makes the appointment very comfortable, the facility is clean and professional. I would recommend Dr. Moore to anyone.
I was trying to decide which doctor to see and came across Dr. Moore. When I called for an appointment, the receptionist was pleasant and informative. I was able to get an appointment quickly. When I arrived at the office, it was clean and inviting. The woman who greeted me was friendly. I didn't have to wait long at all. The nurse who came to get me and got me set up in the room was so nice it was scary. What a wonderful staff at this place. Then of course, there was Dr. Moore. What a sweet woman. She was great. She explained everything she was going to do and as she did it. She spend time talking to me and really was just awesome. I left so happy I chose this practice and Dr. Moore. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Salzberg- Moore and have followed her to each of new practices over the years. My mom loves her too and as soon as my daughter is 18 she will become a new patient. Do not listen to any reviews that say she has no bedside manner. That is simply untrue. She takes the time to answer all questions and is cautious when discovering possible problems needing further testing. I highly recommend her.
I had a very bad experience with my pregnancy with this group. Do not use them. i experienced a terrible loss.
I've gone to Dr. Moore for about 6 yrs now. I followed her from one practice to the other. I initially liked her a lot, but just recently had a bad experience. I don't feel that the amount of pelvic exams she and her partner complete during a typical nonrisk pregnancy is necessary and at my last one she was really rough, did not explain what she was doing, and made me feel abnormal for shouting out in pain. I later researched my reaction and found that many women find these exams extremely painful. While she was apologetic, I am still upset (not to mention very hormonal and pregnant) from the experience.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
