I would love to share with you how caring and professional My doctor Dr Rubinstein is. I say is because I will continue to follow up in his care. I went to Trinitas with what I thought was an injury of my finger but it turned out to be an infection. A picture was sent to Dr. Rubinstein and upon receiving the photos Dr Rubinstein took on the responsibility of coming to my aide. He instructed the ER department not to touch it and he will care for it directly, I was admitted and he squeezed me into his schedule to perform surgery. Upon arriving to the operating room He explained that if I didn’t come in I could have lost my finger, but if it wasn’t for his response to the ER department I would have been sent home again and the problem would have gotten worst. Dr Rubenstein is truly the best and when he said he cares for the health of my finger as much as I do I know he meant every word. Now I’m on the road to recovery. He even followed up and had his team reach out to me to make sure I’m taking all measures to protect my finger. I’m healing well and can not wait for my next visit. Dr Rubinstein rocks!

Total Excellence straight to the point very detailed took x-rays walked me through the process in complete detail asked me to take an MRI to complete evaluation to move forward with a plan in my procedure great experience expedited all this work in complete detail within 30 minutes I was in and out before I knew it with complete details and examination of what ails me complete and Total professionalism highly recommend........

What I truly appreciate about Dr. Rubinstein is his authenticity. Yes, he is a phenomenal specialist and you're in the best hands under his care. He is caring, he listens, he is reassuring, and he is a true partner in your healing and treatment processes. He also has a great sense of humor; he gets me. I have full trust and confidence in his care - and, he administers pain-free cortisone shots every time! If you read this, Dr. Rubinstein, thank you. I'm so grateful for you.

From the moment I walked in, this was an exceptional experience! Everyone I met was kind, considerate and friendly. The receptionist, the physicians assistant and the XRay technician were all helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Rubinstein was fabulous! He took his time and explained everything in a clear and professional manner. I left very confident that I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility and all involved.
