Ewa Czyzewski's Online Review Report Card

03.07.2023 - Update - I still have not returned to Dr. Czyzewski because of the staff but perhaps since my last review the staff has changed. Upon further reflection I did bump up the review from 1 start to 4 stars because it isn't fair of me to grade the Dr. based on other people's behaviors. That said, it is the Dr. business so 1 start is off for bad staff but 4 starts are for the Dr. She is really a great doctor and if you need to be monitored for anything and especially long term "she's your man" sort of speak. If you are dealing with something other Dr.s seem to brush off or can't diagnose go see Dr. Czyzewski. 2022: Extremely disappointed that the office is staffed with rude and incompetent staff. The office manger named Bonnie hung up the phone. I spoke with 2 incompetent and unprofessional females Agata and Bonnie. Bonnie should NOT be a manager, she shouldn't even mange a farm with her unprofessionalism. I asked for them to have the doctor call me and they refused. Dr Czyzewski if it is true that I can't speak with you and need to make yet another appointment this year just to ask a question then this is nothing short of trying to milk money from your long time customers. How does a yearly check up not include bloodwork for cholesterol? Bonnie said: "because his appointment was after 4pm!" LOL is it not your job to advise patients to make earlier appointments if you can't do cholesterol test after 4 pm? Bunch of bs!

Please avoid this place. The front desk is terrible and the waiting time is so long. Dr. Ewa doesn't listen to the medical problems you have. She's very rude person. She also does not provide you or your additional doctors with medical information requested from her. If i can give a star-rating under 1 it will be NEGATIVE 5.

i was really nervous going here for the first time based on the reviews but i gotta say i have no idea what you guys are talking about. the office is really really nice, the staff is all women (which i definitely prefer), and dr. ewa was quick, kind, and helpful. i had an appointment for 1 and was 100% done with blood work and everything by 1:45. i have another appointment coming up and i’m not nervous at all anymore. thanks dr. ewa and staff y’all are great 💘

If you can get past the terrible front office, phone tag and degradation from the office staff you won't regret getting treated by her.

Dr. Czyzewski and the front office manager and staff tend to be rude and unresponsive to patient needs. They always make you come in to the office even for minor things like discuss normal blood work results. That way you always need to make an appointment and pay a co pay, then wait for over an hour even though you have an appointment. I also slipped and hit my head during this recent storm and they said they would write a script for some diagnostic imaging and I waited all day for it and was unable to get the MRI because it was never sent and they again insisted I come into the office before I could get a script for an MRI when the ER doctor said it shouldnt be a problem for them just to send it over.

Saying that Ewa Czyzewski is a garbage Doctor is actually an understatement. I have several family members who have been her patients and they all come to the same conclusion sooner or later. She is very rude and inattentive to your needs. You can spend 30 minutes explaining things to her and she won't even acknowledge your problem. Some of the staff she has are also clueless. There is one lady who barely speaks English AND Polish, yet she is answering calls and communicating to patients in some kind of Russian dialect lol. Ewa Czyzewski has always been about money and not about helping patients. Please find a better doctor! There are plenty who speak Polish, you might just have to drive a little further. Save yourself the headache! I would give her 0 stars if I could.

very unprofessional experience

Extremely intelligent/professional/honest & empathetic Doctor I have ever have experienced in my 50 plus years of medical care. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Doctor Ewa Czyzewski! The Office Staff is Amazing, hard working, professional, & friendly.
