The secretary is super rude and she gave me an appointment and they weren’t even in today and she makes it very difficult for even me to make an appointment. I haven’t seen my doctor in months. I called to make an appointment and she tells me to go to the hospital.

I am looking for a good doctor and I always look at the reviews and I will definitely pass on this one.

Her secretary is rude and has poor telephone skills

Today after almost a year I haven't been able to see my doctor The secretary is very rude and arrogant I haven't be available to see the doctor because the secretary NEVER retur my calls when I call to make a appointment. Last year after The secretary talked to me in a very nasty way several times I decided to not be quiet and let the Doctor know about her secretary bad actictud. I have my appointment at 11:30 am When I when inside I find out that another lady was completely desperate but educated saying that (You know what you're very rude with me every time I call or every time I ask you a question you can't treat me Like this she said. I'm tired of your bad actictud this is Not professional at all the lady said to the secretary and let me tell you something you're playing with my helph because you never call me to let me know if my results are ok or Not , I know is the doctor the one that has to tell me but how the doctor going to tell me if you NEVER call me back to gives me the appointment to come? I be waiting for my results and im worry about my situation and The only thing you do is trying to schedule and avoid my calls all The time The lady said to the secretary . ( So, When I sow that situation between the lady and the secretary I found out that what happened to me is Obviously happen again with another persons . Finally The Doctor Ahmed Fauszia came out of the room to see what was going on in the front desk and without no questions about it she told me and The lady Ya 2 Have to go Right now I'm Not going to See you, The Doctor also said to the secretary send their discharge papers to theirs email and I have to mention that this happened in front the others patients that was waiting in the waiting room 😲!!! This was very sad for me to See how my doctor the one I had for many years didn't care At all about the Bad behavior that her secretary has been using with me and The lady . Who knows if more patients going through the same thing with the secretary. I never was specting that doctor going to react to me like that . I left Sad And devastated ,and I cried in The parking lot for more than 35 minutes. I don't wish No body the pain that this horrible situation caused me by the doctor Reaction, Because how come she didn't care about me as her patient? This was my doctor for years She really disappointed me I thought The Doctor Ahmed Fauszia was more Respectful and more Professional But Today I clear know she's NOT. That's not The way that a Doctor should treat a patient this is very Wrong coming from the Doctor. When her secretary was The only Person that is not doing her job correctly.

I REALLY LIKED THIS DOCTOR, SHE LISTEN TO ME AND ADVICE ME NOT ONLY ON MEDICATIONS BUT ON WAYS TO IMPROVE MY LIFE STYLE.

I am changing doctors because she seems like she's spreading herself too thin, doesn't have time during my visit, I feel like I'm being rushed because she has to go or something. Can't EVER get through on the phone, can't get any info cause you can't get through on the phone and she's in her office supposedly from 9:30 am to 11 am, what's that, so she can run off somewhere else. I guess it's about quantity and not quality.
