First time patient! & finished my appointment today. The staff members were patient & professional, considerate & interactive. The doctor is what you expect, kind, considerate, knowledgeable, informative, and attentive. Tended to my needs, questions and suggest things accordingly for our sakes. Booking & waiting time may be long but it is worth to visit a good doctor to tell you the truth besides being told this & that without listening. Everyone deserves all of my respects.

I have been a patient of DR. Joseph Shulman for almost 2 years. I sought him out on the reference of another doctor, whom I trusted with some issues I was having with hormones and weight management. I can honestly say, .. I've rarely met a more engaged, humane doctor that from our first meeting really care about my issues and worked with me to find a solution. There are not many doctors out there like Dr. Shulman. I HIGHLY recommend him. And the office staff is friendly and accommodating,.. which is not the norm sadly today. this is a 5 star office !!

As other reviewers in many sites also commented, I had a horrible experience with the receptionist over the phone. It was my first time appointment. I arrived on time and called the office from the car as I was directed. She started blaming on me about the appointment even though that was their mistake. If she handled flexibly, I reconsidered to reschedule. I've never talked such a "shouting receptionist". Her inappropriate verbal behavior has to be corrected or well guided by whoever in charge in the office. In either case, I will NEVER go there.

THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER KNOWN!HE AND DR.DEBBIE REICH-SOBEL AND STAFF REALLY CARE.IF YOU EVER HAVE TO WAIT IT IS BECAUSE THE DOCTORS DO NOT RUSH GREAT CARE.THIS IS NOT FAST FOOD.WELL WORTH ANY WAIT.THESE DEVOUTED PEOPLE ARE GOVING THEIR TOTAL ATTENTION TO YOU GETTING WELL.

I have been to that place twice and both times I had to wait too long. The doctor is good, the first time probably there was a backlog. But the second time the nurse was talking on the phone inside another room while I was waiting.
