Nancy Lentine's Online Review Report Card

I love love love Dr. Lentine’s practice! My family and I have been patients of NP Alane for years! She’s so caring, helpful, and patient! She always makes sure my husband, myself and kids are healthy! She listens and is able to answer any questions or concerns we have. We love Rosie, Jamie and the entire staff! Always so helpful and making sure my family and I are healthy! We are so grateful for all their support for over 6 years that we’ve been patients!

I had the worst experience on February 10th, 2023. There were lies, inappropriate behavior by front desk person, miscommunication, promises that were not made, a refund of my time that should’ve been made immediately and poor treatment overall. I can not believe an establishment that I was a part of 12 years ago has declined so dramatically. I left for my vacation after this appt and 3 days later experienced a new soar throat that I believe would have been resolved if only the promised vitamin drip was delivered!

Front desk stuff very unpleasant , I like the NP I am seeing but receptionists and stuff answering the phone could be more friendly and helpful.

I am very pleased with the level of care I recieved from the office. I called the emergency number and left a message after hours on Thanksgiving Eve and Dr. Saleha called me right away. She was able to write me a perscription I needed regarding a health concern that very day. Even though it was a holiday she made it a point to ensure I was okay and recieving proper medical care. Within a few days I had a telehealth visit with her in which she was very personable and followed up with my health condition to ensure I was okay. Dr. Saleha is wonderful and she has great bed side manner. I am so grateful for the staff at this office for how efficent and timely they handled my health care concerns.

Getting a little disappointed with them. Don't know if Dr. Lentine supervises the PAs, reviews notes for suggestions, etc..

Friendly and caring staff. They have a sense of urgency. I've always felt welcome at the site. I've been a patient for more than 10 years there.

I see Saleha Farzaie and am very pleased with how she handles my care! She is very caring and compassionate and when she tells me if I have any questions or need her in between appointments that she is available, I know she is speaking from her heart! Also Almina takes my blood pressure and vitals and goes over my information with me and I have found her to be gentle and caring and am so grateful that she is part of the team! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my health!

I am Alane's patient, she takes her time listening to my concerns, she comes up with options, tests, alternatives and she truly cares. I am very pleased with her, when it comes to the front desk, its another story, they barely pick up the phone and when I leave voicemails, they barely get back at me, I have to call multiple times and keep on following up. It is very disappointing and frustrating.

I went years ago before I moved. Staff was very rude. When I tried a few years back to get my medical records they told me they destroyed them. I hadn't been there because I had lost my insurance. They never tried to contact me. They just destroyed all of my records from all previous doctors.

They make it impossible to pay any bill. No one from the office will pick up or will just hang up on you. Was only told on a second call that the only one person who could take my info was "at lunch" even longer than what is posted online. Avoid the head ache and go elsewhere.
