Wonderful physician, initially diagnosed my UC, and I’ve been with the practice for the last 15 years. No issues whatsoever. Office staff, on the other hand, could use some intensive training. I made a request THREE TIMES and in the end, it was never acknowledged. I waited on hold for nearly 16 minutes… how is that acceptable when there are multiple administrative staff members?

If you’re given samples of medication, check the date as I received expired medication from this practice and took them for weeks and didn’t notice until a month later…. Gave this place a second chance, which I regret. The receptionists are super rude. I told them I wasn’t able to come to an appointment on a specific date because of work and their response was “well that’s the day you have to come”…. LOL OK. Never coming back.

I came to this office for a 2nd opinion for something very small. Doctor pushed for a colonoscopy even though it was 100% not needed. I had the colonoscopy at end of this January and I’ve been in complete pain and discomfort ever since. I never had these issues before coming to this office and I regret ever coming. It’s been 3 months of pain/discomfort and I was a completely healthy individual before ever stepping foot here

Dr Gronowitz is one of the best gastroenterologist I have ever Seen, but I called to get an appointment because I was April 25 2021 in the hospital with abdominal pain and the secretary only gave me an appointment for may 11 so by that time something bad can happen to me. She was not able to ask the doctor if he could see me sooner. And also she doesn’t care about the pain I’m having, so I’m looking for another doctor somewhere else where I can get the help I need

Dr Groniwitz basically saved my life. He not only knows what he is doing but is also very compassionate and takes the time to listen, treats you like a person, not a number. I’ve been with him for about 4 years. He has informed me about every single option possible for me with out being pushy. I really do feel like he has given me my life back.

Dr Gronowitz is AMAZING. I refrer all my friends and family to him! Best gastroenterologist there is. Been seeing Dr. Gronowitz for about 10-15 years now, he has help my family, friends, and myself with gastro issues that no other Dr's have been able to help. If I could give 100 stars I would.

The girls in the office, are awesome, with a great sense of humor, not to mention the doctor as well!! I finally, found a doctor that's willing to do everything and anything to figure out what's going on with me!! Gotta Love A doctor Like That!!

I have been seeing doctors in the GANJ group for the last 6 years since being diagnosed with Crohn's. I have had nothing but excellent care and results from the group. I moved years ago, changing from one office to another, and switching to a different doctor, and they are all great to work with.
