My daughter broke her forearm and the urgent care we went to for X-rays recommended Dr. Plakas. When I called for appointment, he got me in the next day. When she suffered a fall later that evening and I reached out via email, he got right back to me even though it was after hours on a Friday and then met me at the office the next morning just to see her. I can honestly say, I’ve never experienced such responsiveness from a doctor. I am so appreciative—truly the best customer service, which is refreshing with the way things are now with medical care. Side note—office was beautiful and Dr. Plakas was very calm and pleasant. I’d highly recommend him and the practice.

Dr. Plakas and team were amazing to deal with after my daughter fractured her ankle. They were always reachable and very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Plakas to any one that need a pediatric orthopedic doctor.

Dr. Plakas took care of my son after he fractured his elbow. The office quickly set up an appointment for Dr. Plakas to meet me and put a hard cast on my son after visiting our local ER. He reviewed his X-rays during the healing process and quickly communicated regarding my son's progress. He has a nice, calm demeanor and my son felt at ease with him during a scary time. His staff are all very kind and friendly too. I definitely recommend Dr. Plakas for any of your children's orthopedic needs.

We couldn’t be anymore pleased with Dr Plakas and his team. We had an emergency situation with our 4 year old son and his broken elbow and they answered my call early in the morning. He was able to review our sons X-rays from urgent care the night before and alerted the hospital we were on the way in to cast him. He was so patient with our scared child. The staff was always available for follow up and questions. I hope to never have to go back to Dr Plakas, but should we ever do need him, he is our first call!

Our daughter recently needed to visit Dr. Plakas and we cannot have been happier with our experience. From our first meeting at the hospital to the multiple visits in the office we were greeted warmly and provided with wonderful care. Dr. Plakas makes himself available through phone or email on a regular basis.

Dr. Plakas and staff have been absolutely incredible during a very stressful time for our family . Dr. Plakas was available by personal cell and email for any concerns or questions that we had. He made us feel comfortable and we trusted him completely with our sons care! The office staff is professional, kindhearted, and always available and accommodating! THANK YOU ALL!!!
