I had a top neurologist for MS and he had passed away awhile ago and when Dr. Sylvester became the Director I was extremely fortunate. He’s knowledgeable, inclusive in treatment options and innovative in his treatment plans. In addition, he shows empathy for your situation and offers assistance. He takes a personal interest in you and your family as well. I highly recommend him.

Dr Sylvester is simply the best. Diagnosed me years ago and still the only neurologist I trust. I moved, so I don’t see him regularly anymore. He is the best of the best and I would travel the earth to see him! He is honest and has a positive vibe! Thanks Doc Sylvester!!!

My wife and I her husband had an appointment to see Andrew yesterday after driving 60 miles to see him, Then I was told I can't Accompany Her into The session! There was apparently a new rule invoked that I can't accompany my wife into the session which we weren't notified of!! And every one was rude to me when I said we're leaving especially Andrew! !!!

My mother has been seeing Dr. Sylvester for Multiple Sclerosis treatment for 22 years. Amazing doctor I absolutely love his dedication to treat his patients like he would treat his own family. Has a great sense of humor which I find doctors tend to lack with there patients, I never have to feel like I can't ask him anything. If you need to speak with him directly he personally will get back to you same day after hours how many doctors can you say will do that. Overall he just really cares about you and how your doing which is hard to find in a doctor as well. What can I say your the best Sylvester and I'm glad your my doctor!!!! Dr Sylvester has helped my husband with his Multiple Sclerosis SO much, mentally and physically. This doctor is HONEST, kind, extremely educated, and he actually LISTENS and takes what you say into consideration, unlike other MS doctors my hubby has had to deal with in the past. He truly cares about his patients! We are very grateful for this doctor.
