Doctor Luo is very nice and accommodating to serve us. My son got elbow dislocation from daycare, she helped fix it and taught us how to deal with it ourselves at home. Under her instructions, I fixed the elbow dislocation issue myself for the second time. We decided to transfer to another more safe daycare from the previous terrible one, which made my son elbow dislocation twice within three days. Doctor Luo help us provide immunization records and health report and send them directly to my email box, which is very convenient.

She is the worst dr. that I've ever seen! She gave us a prescription that turns out to be not suitable for baby less than 2 years old(our LO is just turning 1), and pharmacist insists that's not good for such a young baby, and then I call the dr to get something alternatives over the counter, she then literally yell at me when I was asking her to spell the name of the medication. I never saw a dr who is so rude and unprofessional!

This is the most unprofessional pediatrician's office I've ever encountered. She is all about cost savings and cuts so many corners to a point I doubt if its even ethical. When I brought my kids for a well visit she skipped so many items including checking the spine and balance. When I reminded her she literally said it was not necessarily but since I requested she'll do it. I know my kids are heakhea but that doesn't matter. She ought to follow the procedure set by the ameriAme pediatrician's board. Cold bed manners. Billing is a mess. When I asked for medical records, her staff right out lied to me that I can not have my children's record. They can only fill whatever form I bring over or forward to whoever the new doctor I will go to. Turned out she failed to properly maintain my kids' immunization records. How can my two kids having the same exact records none of which matches the previous doctor's record? Even crazier, one of them had shots even before the kid was born!

Worst Doctor i've seen in the US. Lack of patient with child, disorganized, easily blames patient for her own oversight.
