List of Bryant B. Lee's Reviews
Great communicator, organized, conscientious, collaborative, curious and excellent in explanations.
Dr. Lee diagnosed my cancer. He has been very thorough and he still checks me very carefully to do his best to catch any possible recurrence. I have to thank him for the excellent I receive.
I went here with my concerns. They did not let me know what I was doing is considered surgery by my insurance. Got a ridiculous bill in the mail.
My experience was very good. Dr. Lee did my thyroid/parathyroid surgery in August 2022. He explained the procedure and also answered questions. His Office staff was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee. Excellent Surgeon and staff at Summit Health.
Quite disappointed with Dr Lee's office..think hard before going to this office if you have a high deductible plan. I saw him for a possible allergic reaction and was prescribed a steroid to bring the swelling down which resolved the issue. A few months later I got a bill where I was responsible for > 700$ for this visit which was charged as an office visit + surgery! During the visit, he had looked inside one of my nostrils for 2 seconds which supposedly got billed as endoscopy and is considered a surgery contributing to the majority of that bill. I would have expected to get a heads up if a costly procedure like this was going to be performed so I could make a decision whether I wanted it at this time or not. I would have rather tried the steroid first in this case and if that didnt work, come back in for endoscopy. I have called multiple times and waited hours on phone trying to get in touch with their billing department. Finally I heard back from their patient care department who took off 20% off my bill but I am still responsible for >500$ for this visit. I would not be visiting this office again. [UPDATE] As I mentioned above I have already been in touch with the patient care department and they have said that they cant do much more than offer a 20% discount. According to them I was informed they would be doing endoscopy and I consented. I said when a patient is sitting in front of the doctor, and the doctor just goes ahead with let me take a look translating into a endoscopy/'surgery' charge without informing the patient about this is what he is doing or what its going to cost- they deem it as consent. Totally not transparent and the patient has to suffer. Very disappointed in summit health
Very great ent good with children and excellent bedside manner. Highly recommend!
He took great care of my mother and her scar after her thyroidectomy is barely visible. Thank you.
Bryant Lee is competent and the staff is friendly and helpful at this establishment. I walked in with hearing loss from wax build-up and walked out hearing better than I have in the past 10 years. Thanks!
I have lost my sense of taste. Dr. Cooper said I have nasal polyps and gave me Prednisone which did nothing but give me terrible side effects. I went to Dr. Lee for a second opinion and he said I do NOT have nasal polyps, shoved a worthless handout at me about the loss of sense of smell, and told me to get a smell test in Philadelphia. A bit taken aback, I said I should drive to Philadelphia to get a smell test? He said “Yes!” as if that was obvious and rushed me out of there. Not what I would call a great diagnostician.
I went to Dr. Lee for a deviated septum surgery. We had a to-the-point pre-op discussion. He seemed experienced and knowledgeable. However, when asked about side effects, his response was: if you don't want the surgery, you don't have to do it. I got the surgery, breathed through plastic for a week, and within hours of him pulling tubes out, the formerly narrowed nostril completely collapsed. When I pushed for an explanation, he dodged for a long time, then literally told me: it didn't work out, sorry. I can refund you the surgeon’s copay. He then invited a plastic surgeon, whose only corrective option was a full open facial surgery, with skin lifting etc. When I asked about any severe side effects, he responded with familiar: if you don't want it, you don't have to do it. At this point I knew I was done with this office. I ended up getting an excellent minimally invasive repair surgery at Jefferson Health in Philly. They told me all that went wrong last time. Why not just be honest?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
