I gave staff the benefit of the doubt. I saw them treat some patients with respect. My experience? They called after a few days on an URGENT appointment. I had no prior way of knowing who they were. We arrived only to be told they had no appointment documented or booked. We would have to come back. Well we had already come from out of town in the middle of a stay at home lockdown with a patient unable to walk more than a couple of dozen steps at a time. This is not about the doctor, its about a staff with no concept of accountability.

OMG talk about the STAFF! One word....RUDE. Phones are constantly busy and when they are answered.....rude rude rude...The previous staff were so much nicer.....Dr. Finkelstein is a super nice doctor, but your staff ruin the image of the practice....

Absolutely AMAZING doctor, surgeon and person! He did my partial thyroid surgery in May 2019. Everything went well . Highly recommend dr. Finkelstein to anyone who is looking for a great ENT doctor/surgeon! Love him ! Thank you Dr. Finkelstein!!!
