I had major surgery the on September 27, 2021 I was extremely nervous ! Dr Tarantino was just amazing. She explained everything to me completely! She makes total eye contact and doesn’t bring in the computer! All went well! I spent 3 days in the hospital ! Her resistants and interns visited me often. They all spoke highly of her. I knew when I searched for a surgeon, I wanted the best!!! I got the best of the best! I just love her!

I was referred to her by urogyn. I had cystocele, poss recto- & enterocele. I just had hysterectomy/BSO. I had continuing constipation. She said one has nothing to do w/the other & asked how long I go w/o a BM. 7-8 days. She said that's nothing & has patients who don't go for a month+. She asked about splinting & I can't due to severe pain due to prior carpal tunnel surgeries. She laughed at that as if I was making it up. She had me put gown on, took me into a room & told me to bend over, & push. She said you have perineal descent. I asked what that was, she said it looks like a baboon. I had just been through menopause at a very vibrant 46 & was feeling bad already.. I went to her for help,, she diminished my issue, offered no solutions,  laughed at me, demeaned me & said i look like a baboon down there. Thanks doc!

God bless the hands of this surgeon, doctor and human being. The doctor and her staff are caring, supportive and will take the time to treat patients with efficiency and respect.

Dr. Tarantino is wonderful! I highly recommend her!!!!

First of all, my mom has seen Dr. Tarantino several times regarding her issues. She did not need surgery but needed non-invasive treatment Dr. Tarantino and other physicians have pioneered. My mom loves Dr. Tarantino and even went to see her to get advice on other specialists referrals she should see.. Even though she wishes Dr. Tarantino could do them all.With that said... The woman who was upset that after arriving 30-45 minutes late and couldn’t been seen telling Dr. Tarantino to be humble… what a joke!!! That patient should be humble! She was late… what gives her the special privileges to jump ahead of the patients that came on time? What makes her so special that she cannot see one of the other associates if she was in so much pain? What makes her so much more special that she has to cause Dr. Tarantino to potentially miss one of her own doctor appointments? That patient needs to be humble!!(the only negative thing i agree/and my mom with here is that some of the secretarial staff/medical assistants are not helpful, today for an example... I wish I got her name because I hate referring to her like this... but here we go, the young woman with an latinx accent was very rude and was quick to jump and say about symptoms "that doesnt make senseeee.....(jugmental)" spelling our last name "are you sure that is it that doesn't sound right" but you can tell she was talking to someone else where she was. And wouldn't even let me speak or listen to what I was trying to say, regarding my mom's symptoms.)

Dr Tarantino is the absolute best. She very consistent about her job and though with her patients. She takes her time and explain every obstacle ,whether its good or bad.

Dr. Tarantino performed emergency surgery on my wife. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions in advance. She was very reassuring while remaining focused on what was needed to fully and properly address the emergency. After the surgery, Dr. Tarantino came out and spent time first with me, and later with my wife going over the details of the procedure, what to expect and the process for getting better going forward; all without rushing us. Throughout she showed tremendous concern, care and sensitivity along with an engaging personality; not your stereo-typical surgeon. We feel extremely fortunate Dr. Tarantino was the surgeon when we needed her most and thank her for all she has done.

Unprofessional staff and rude doctor ! Never again ! !No matter how good you are learn to be humble !!! . There was a miscommunication and I arrived at appointment 3.30pm instead of 3pm.They told me to wait till 4.30pm and they assured that doctor can see me 4.30pm . I waited for 1hr 30min and at 5pm they told me that doctor has to leave and she cant see me. ...This is after long wait for 2 months to get the appointment and making me wait for 1 hr 30minutes and say GOOD BYE ..why would you make someone wait and say you cant see...it is unprofessional.If you cant see me then why would you make me wait ???Why would you offer to see another doctor if I waited 2 months to see this doc especially after making me wait for 1 hour 30 minutess!!!!No matter how good you are ...let go with your ego and not let it get into your head....think about all the inconvenience and pain you caused ...YES PAIN.......Let this happen to you one day in life when you are the patient and someone treats you like this!!!LEARN TO BE BE HUMBLE !
