Dr. Jonathan Keith is absolutely amazing. From a thorough consultation where all of my questions were answered before I asked them to the best results I could ever ask for, he is THE surgeon to go to. Him and his team go through all the lengths to make sure you feel nothing less than heard, safe, and valued.

My experience with Dr Jonathan Keith and the whole team from start to finish was wonderful. From the time that I walked in for my consultation to preparing me for the surgery, and my final visit was all a wonderful experience. The team are very compassionate, patient and very professional.

I was blessed to have Dr. Jonathan Keith perform both top surgery (March, 2023) and bottom surgery(October, 2021) for me. Him and his team did a phenomenal job and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I went into the operating room with no worries no doubts because I knew that I was in good hands. Dr. Keith and Kate are both exceptional and kind hearted. As for my results I couldn’t be any happier I feel comfortable within my own skin and can say that my gender dysphoria has been healed. Thank you Dr. Keith and to his team you guys changed my life for the better good.

Dr Keith and Kate Doshi and their team are truly amazing and wonderful people. Dr Keith team go above, and beyond. They truly care. And love what they do. I can’t say enough great things about them. Im for ever grateful and thankful for each every one of them. Hands down the greatest bunch of people. I hope one day I can take the time and cook for them all. To show how much it truly means me and what they do. I have never felt so comfortable and proud to have them be part my journey. They’re truly hero’s in my books. If it wasn’t for them and their team I don’t know where I be. They gave me the gift that I have waited for my whole life. My life and journey with dr Keith and Kate Doshi has been nothing but positive and extraordinary because of them I can live the life I have always wanted. Thank you a trillion times over. Truly I can’t thank you enough. I wish there was a word stronger thank you because I would use it.

I had the pleasure of working with Dr Keith for my top surgery and I couldn't have asked for anything more perfect! I was referred from a friend and was not disappointed! He is so easy to work with and communicate my wants/needs always making it a safe space. The office staff as well as his hospital staff were amazing, welcoming, and LGBTQ+ friendly. I am 4 months post operation and am over the moon about my results! I 100%recommend Dr. Keith to anyone who is in NJ☺️

The whole experience of gender reassignment is far beyond the average surgery. It's life altering, mentally, psychologically, and physically. It's alot for one person to process , but with Dr. Keith and his team , you don't feel alone at all. They're essentially your team as well, any question, concern , or random thought they readily answered not only with compassion but with knowledge. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Keith is amazing!

Dr. Keith is amazing! He performed top surgery on me in summer 2022 and the results are truly incredible. I have compared my results to other people who used other surgeons and I can safely say my surgeon was the best, by far. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring. My experience with Dr.Keith and all of his staff East Coast Advanced has been nothing short of incredible. My first interaction was with Jill, and she was able to promptly set up an appointment to meet with Dr.Keith and go over options for surgery. Jill's tone was so friendly, and it was clear that she was eager to help. She was the same way when I met her in office after my initial appointment. I really appreciate how quick she was to respond to all of my questions. I spent a lot of time with Kate as well as she led my both my pre-op and post-op appointments, as well as gave me her information to contact her after surgery, if needed. She was very kind and extremely thorough in explaining what my wife and I needed to do during recovery. Prior to surgery, she answered all of my questions about what to expect and made sure that I left feeling comfortable and 100% prepared. Dr.Keith himself is absolutely wonderful to work with. He took his time during our consultation and really explained the surgery process, showed me before and after photos (including making sure I saw someone with a similar body-type and similar skin-tone to get a better idea of how I would heal), answered all of my questions and set expectations about next steps. My surgery itself went very well, and I am more than impressed with his work. He made sure to explain where all incisions would be made so I could have a better understanding of the outcome. I am so happy with my results and feel that they look even better than imagined (especially after seeing results from other surgeons/offices). It is clear that Dr.Keith truly cares about his patients. Every interaction that I had with him and the rest of his staff was personal, thorough, and comforting. I cannot thank this team enough for the incredible work that they are doing and for all the support I have received. I would 100% recommend Dr.Keith to anyone, especially those that are seeking gender affirming care. You will not be disappointed.

the kindest, down to earth, amazing people i’ve ever been happier to get work done on by. warming bedside manor, and great instructions for after care. you can tell they all care about you and your healing, and your safety and security. i’ve recommended them to other friends as well and we’ve all had the same, caring experience from here. 100% recommended.

I am so pleased that he is my Dr. He and his staff are wonderful and very professional. He one of the best on the east coast.
