I didn’t even get a chance to meet with the doctor because his receptionist decided to go back and forth with me over the phone about a call she sent me (she denied it for whatever reason) instead of actually rescheduling the appointment she called me about in the first place. I called back because she left a voicemail with HER name and number but then claimed she never called me and I was never a patient in the first place. I literally mentioned her by name which of course I only know because she told me. Now I have to go somewhere else to make an appointment. I was only returning a call and she’s telling me how it’s the wrong office and she would never say something like that, she told me to reschedule because my date wasn’t for new patients. I had no issue with rescheduling, my issue was her going back and forth and telling me how I called the wrong place, she didn’t say that and all of a sudden my information isn’t with them. Mind you, I sent images of my insurance card as well as all my personal information and it just disappears now. Ridiculous.

Dr. Cervone is always interested in my concerns and listens. He is up to date on studies and is constantly adjusting my care accordingly. I have great confidence in him.

I've been going to Dr.Cervone for several years and he is a very good doctor,he cares about you and takes time to listen to you.I have recommend him to several spoke and all of them were please....he's simply the best

My doctor retired and my friend recommended him. I should have check his reviews first before I went to him. He is practicing cosmetic medicine so that answered my question why he doesn't seem interested or even care about practicing internal medicine. All he did was interview and data entry. He did not check my heart and lungs in spite of my history of respiratory problems. He did't have a stethoscope with him. He insisted that I take several shots that I refused due to my allergies. I will not go back to him.

I am not recommending him at all. He is the worst doctor I have been too. I went to him because my doctor retired and a friend of mine recommended him. He was good in interviewing and data entry but never check my heart and lungs cause he didn't even have a stethoscope with him. He checked my throat briefly cause I told him it was bothering me. He recommended that I get several shots. I told him that I want to think about it and he gave me a condescending remarks. I will not go back to him.
