Kopacz was very nice and treated my wife with care, his staff Anna Cruz was very great to work with and helped us every step very patient great work !

Dr Kopacz is the very best. I am 79 now and He has done 3 surgeries on me the last one yesterday. He saw me on Monday and he scheduled me for surgery that week. He also repaired my mother’s spine. He is not only the most skilled he is also a caring kind considerate and compassionate doctor who really listens and talks to his patient as if he/she was the only one. I am so happy to be his patient. I feel fortunate to have the very best orthopedic surgeon.

Dr. Kopacz and his staff are very nice. My dad lived with pain for a year because the first surgeon told him it wasn't his back it was his hip. He was told it wasn't the hip but the back. We were referred to Dr. Kopacz by his general doctors so we decided to go. Dr. Kopacz immediately said it was his back and scheduled surgery. He has a great bedside manner and his staff is very helpful and friendly. I give him more than 5 stars!!! Thank you!!!

I needed spinal surgery. I’ve been suffering tremendously. After two failed discectomy’s they wanted to do the same a third time. The L4 L5 was shot plus a few other discs are bulging by now. When I got the MRI, I sought out a second opinion and that’s how I found my “ROCK STAR” SPINAL SURGEON, DR. KENNETH KOPACZ -South Orange Ave, Livingston ~! I literally begged Dr Kopacz to help me. I was at my wits end. I never get depressed. But this was starting to take me down. Dr K explained how he would help. In layman’s terms….. He removed my L4- fused nerves, then put a cage around my whole lumbar then turned me over and put a cage and screws in my back. It really sounds bad and it probably is but these two surgeons together are incredible together and I can’t believe how good I feel. Dr Kopacz’ scheduler, Vanessa DaCosta had the absolute best personality! She was kind, compassionate & patient. She returned every phone call- I never had to call her twice. That’s rare!

Dr. Kenneth J. Kopacz I went to Dr. Kopacz this week for a second opinion. This will be the third surgery on my spine and the original doctor wanted to bring me in and do the same thing for a third time. Problem is the L4 L5 keep slipping. And the L4 is clearly very inflamed. Dr Kopacz went over the MRI with me and explained what's happening with my spine. He explained what needs to be done to prevent this from happening again. He was very personable and had a very sweet disposition. He never rushed, he took his time and explained everything to me. Including all the things that can go wrong. This will be a four hour surgery including having to put a cage in my spine BUT to do this he will need a vascular surgeon because they will be going in through the front then turn me over and put the screws in the back. I was most impressed with the amount of time he spent with me. One of the reasons I initially called his office was because of his education and his reviews. People really love him. I was definitely impressed with his knowledge and he explained everything in layman terms not physician terms. He makes sure you understand. I would definitely recommend Dr Kopacz.

22 months post surgery I'm left with permanent nerve damage in left leg from spinal surgery that was repeated 3 days after the original surgery. 23 months ago, I was able to play tennis, rake leaves, and jog. Surgery was supposed to relieve some back pain on standing for more than an hour. Now, I am not able any longer to do these things.

This guy is terrible. I would recommend anyone else.
