She is very knowledgeable and I like her beside manner. I will keep returning to her.

My experience with Dr. Ruhl was different than expected. When I mentioned that I had a few more concerns she stated that we only had an hour. I find that response to be rude, unacceptable and disappointing. We spend about 8 minutes together. I am sorry I came here today. Just because someone is bright, doesn't mean that they shouldn't be compassionate and present to the patient sitting before them. I will be finding a different doctor. Both my health and the way I am treated are equally important to me. To be seen and heard as a human being is essential. Unfortunately, that did not happen for me today.

This doctor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! She cares about her patients. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Ruhl was great and very helpful. As far as the woman working the front desk and phone and person who came in office before Dr. Ruhl. Rude and very unprofessional!

Dr. Ruhl came highly recommended by two friends. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. She had to do a biopsy and handled me and the procedure professionally and with a great bedside manner.

I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I gave the receptionist all of my info and she confirmed my appointment. The day of my appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early to fill any paperwork out. I got up to the reception desk, Gave my name and the girl stated they wont be able to see me becasue they dont take my ins... Annoyed, I asked Why no one called me. She stated "I tried calling you all week" Knowing I have not missed any calls , I asked what number she was calling? She rambled out a number that was not even close to my phone number that I have had for over 8 years. She then told me that a different Dr could see me on Friday. I took the day off of work to make this appointment, so Friday was now not an option for me. IDK about anyone else, but I have a job I need to actually go to in order to provide a roof over my head so I can't explain to my boss that the dermatologist's receptionist is completely incompetent so I now need another day off this week.....In the meantime, whatever is going on with my skin that caused me to make this appointment is just getting worse. I am disgusted by the way I was handled.

Intelligent, caring and so professional. Drive 45 minutes and she is totally worth it.

Incompetent doctor. She wasn't able to diagnose my condition and therefore, I had to spent more time to find another doctor; meanwhile, my skin got worse. She doesn't care about her patients. The visit was no longer than 2 minutes. She told me to search online if I want more information about my skin condition. The receptionist was talking about private problems and completely ignored that I was waiting to be attended. Definitely, not recommended. I give one star because less is not possible.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Ruhl for the past 10 years and deem her to be an exceptional diagnostician. During this past decade, she has correctly identified 2 melanomas and 3 basil cell skin cancers on different parts on my anatomy in the cancers very earliest stages; and, consequently, all of these cancers were permanently eradicated with minor surgeries. Note, also, that Dr. Ruhl is a preventative dermatologist where skin cancers are concerned and will always take small biopsy sections of any suspicious moles, lesions or skin anomalies that she detects by dermscope anywhere on your body. Her examinations are absolutely thorough and totally professional. I am convinced that as a result of her extraordinary skills, I have been saved from enduring the affliction of what would have been far more deadly cancers detected at later stages by less gifted and/or less thorough dermatologists. My entire family now avails themselves of her gifts. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I've been going to Ruhl (and Spey before her) for quite some time. She is friendly and she really tries to help me with my skin conditions.
