Very grateful to have had Dr Garrisi as my doctor while going through fertility treatments. She’s very blunt and tells it how it is but very caring and sweet at the same time. Made my husbands and my dream of starting a family possible.

She is one of the best doctor. After read google reviews I was very scared but when I met her she is very humble person. She told me each and every process.

Worst treatment ever!!! You are nothing but a number and a dollar sign to these people!!! They don't inform of you of anything and God forbid you ask them questions!!! The nurses are rude and Dr Garrisi is even ruder!!!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!! THEY WONT GET YOU RESULTS!!!!!

She has no bedside manners and is completely useless, if you want to save your time go somewhere else.

I visited IRMS after two miscarriages. I saw Dr. Garrisi one time. She was incredibly friendly and informative. She explained my options and helped me understand what my issues might be. The receptionists were warm, the phlebotomists were very efficiet. The nurses were extremely kind. One even hugged me after I became emotional after a positive ultrasound. And Dr. Keegan, who I saw most of all, was very supportive and generous.

Worst doctor ever! She completely screwed up our treatment, has not bedside manners and is rude. Avoid her at all costs, you will save your time and money.

I can't say enough about how Dr. Garrisi has helped me through the most stressful and fragile time in my life. She is warm and caring and at the same time, she is direct and straight forward so I know where I stand and can make really important decisions without wondering if I have all the information I need. It's like Dr. Garrisi is a family member who cares so much about me and only wants the best for me and my family. You can see her influence on her entire staff. IRMS is the best!

I started with IRMS in September 2014. On my very first cycle of clomid/IUI, I had an ectopic pregnancy. They were on top of it and handled it very well, but it was an emotional rollercoaster for me and I only could speak to a nurse every call. I asked if Dr. Garrisi could call me back to explain what was going on. She called and was very matter of fact and abrupt on the phone. Not very compassionate at all considering I had to terminate this bad pregnancy and then wait another 3 months to try again. I decided to go back to the practice when the 3 months were up. I regret that I ever did. You never see a dr in the Hoboken office, just a technician who can never answer your questions. You have to wait half the day until a nurse calls you with instructions. I looked up my insurance coverage one day and I saw that Dr. Garrisi tried to charge in $1,000 (which was rejected) for oversight of my cycle. Why was I paying $40 copays every visit if she was charging in a separate fee to the insurance company. One cycle on clomid, I didn't ovulate at all. My estrogen never increased and I had super low progesterone which means I didn't ovulate, but they still put me on progesterone supplements. That wasted my time and prolonged my next cycle. When I met with her again to discuss next steps, she was very abrupt and rushed. I asked about going on metformin and she got angry I suggested it (I have PCOS). She told me it has very bad side effects. Long story short, I now go to Cornell and my dr there (who is amazing) put me on clomid and metformin and I've produced multiple follicles without side effects. She is just dismissive and not a compassionate dr....infertility is an area where people feel helpless and need explanation and not to be talked down to when they ask a question. I wasted many months there....much happier at Cornell (Tribeca office).
