Dr McArthur is a savior ??????

Dr. McArthur is an exceptional physician and human being. She was my doctor for all three of my pregnancies. She made me feel comfortable and reaasured me with her knowledge and expertise that everything would be ok. She took her time from beginning to end. She was with me during my deliveries because they were all high risk. She held my hand, wiped my tears and encouraged me to hang in there. Thank you Dr. McArthur?

DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE 2-3 HOURS OF FREE TIME TO SPARE. Coming here was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a physician. My appointment was for 3PM, I arrived at 2:36PM. The doctors were on lunch break for like an hour and the secretary kept telling me "10 more minutes" every time I asked when they'd be back. When they finally came back, I was in the waiting room for damn near 2 hours. I was there before everyone, but yet everyone else was seen before me. I had to get to work and i decided to get up again to ask when I'd finally be seen. The secretary told me 15 minutes because they had to see someone else first. I was there first and my appointment was first. I lost 2 and a half hours of pay for absolutely nothing. They are very unprofessional with how they handle their patients and they didn't seem to care that myself and another patient had been there for an unnecessary period of time. I will never be coming back here, I've found a new doctor.

This was my worse experience ever at a doctor office, I’ve gone there several time and not once I gotten to see the doctor it’s always her np who is not that good at all and as for the staff they are the worse and they love to spend the time talking about other patients in front of other patients or they put the phone on speaker and everyone could hear the other person business they don’t know about OSHA hate this place and I will not return nor will I recommend anyone to go there this office is the worse beyond the worse 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 they don’t even deserve one star they should get zero.

I have 7 kids and have been to many different doctors. She was the best doctor I had! Love the office, very nice people! Waiting area comfortable most of the time...Sometimes it can get a little crowded. Delivered at saint barnabas Hospital. It was very nice. Had a great experience!!

I made an appointment wit Dr. Marilyn McArthur almost 3 months ago. I drove an hour to go to the appointment. When I am already in the office ready to be examined, I find out that her nurse practicioner was going to take care of me because the doctor was not going to be there. I told her that I made an appointment to see the doctor, not a nurse. It is very hard gor me to keep anppointment because of my working schedule. They could have called me to let me know that the doctor was not going to be at the office for personal emergency or any reasonable explanation. This is very desrespectful to any person taking their personal time to be there plus I could have made an appointment somewhere else and not wasted my time. They never mentioned that it was a last minute emergency or excuse the doctor for her not being there. Seems to me like it was a normal thing to them and they are expecting the patient to go with it.

Dr McArthur is not in hurry to prescribe medicine for symptoms I tell instead she suggests what to include in food. But office staff are not well mannered/disciplined enough to deal with patients. I heard this before I chose OB-GYN but I thought how can staff play a role more than doctor. In my exp,blood sample was takn and doc tells result only when I enquire. Two months later when I asked result wasn't ready. Staff asks me to remind her to call the lab.This continues for 2mnths.Irresponsible

Dr McArthur is knowledgeable and funny. I recommend her highly!

I love Dr Mac! It has been a very long time since I was able to see her. I live over an hour away and she is worth the drive!!
