I was a new patient and was there to attend my first patient appointment for Dr. eglow. Unfortunately his staff members kicked me out of his office and asked me to leave because I would not pay my 15 dollar co pay, when I already met my yearly deductible. They refused to do their end of the job which is billing , that includes calling the insurance company themselves, just as I called my insurance company and was told not to pay any doctors and to show they proof of me meeting my deductible. Even with my proof they didn’t care and kicked me out of the office and refused to see me. Awful front service. No other doctor has treated me this way, they have done their job and called the insurance company to confirm themselves. I would never recommend to anyone.

My father is 90 years old. Dr. Eglow has great patience and wonderful bedside manners. The surgery was a big success and my Father's foot looks great.

My elderly parents have visited Dr. Kurtzer's office a few times now and have found his service very professional. He is a pleasant and knowledgeable Dr., however, at each visit, my parents have had a terrible experience dealing with his office staff. Several times my mom complained that she had requested for the whirlpool before scheduling the appointment and was rudely denied the service of that when she was there. Today I called to make an appointment for my parents and the office staff was NASTY in the way they spoke. I asked for their names and they hung up the phone on me twice. I called back to ask to speak with the Doctor and they stated “drop the attitude” and again hung up. They said I was harassing them, however, they are the ones that do not know how to speak to patients in a proper manner. This is not the first incident that has happened. They will price gouge you and are not willing to work with you price wise. A $20 ankle brace is $210 to them, and $83.90 after insurance. They don't tell you how much the brace will be. They will not work with you price wise and have poor customer service in their billing department.
