Ask that I remind him what I was there for on second visit after bloodwork was done. Had terrible communication and again seemed to have no prior history to what original screening was done for. After second visit I received a call from staff stating the Doctor needs to have a tele health call with me regarding the blood work he spoke to me about 2 days prior. Had to wait 4 days to have over phone visit just to discuss what was told to me at the in person visit. I said doc you told me this when I saw you and he responded, “I did?”I too would give a zero if applicable.
